I have not seen any reference to a witness list for each day.

In fact, I don't recall even seeing a complete Witness List - which of course, would have been filed in the record. They have kept a lid on practically everything regarding this case, so it would not surprise me IF the witness list is not even in the record :gaah:

I'll send up a big red flag to you when the A's and the immunity bunch are called to testify.

Hopefully we will hear ahead of time when JA and the others who are in :jail: are going to testify because they will have to transfer the :jail: in and there will be "swat teams" on the buildings and in the area like in the past.

the defense lady makes some good point for the state too. She is kind of humanizing Becca Earp and making me believe her.

Are court laws in TN different than other courts in that the defense can ask questions not brought up in the prosector's direct with a witness? Because most of this wasn't brought up by the state, and she keeps going on and on and there's no objection to it.

Woah.... was a 'joke' that Holly's remains were in a blue tote...but she called TBI to tell them anyway, but when investigators were face to face with her, she didn't mention it. OK... I get it.. she was using drugs, young, and not thinking.
