Zach Adams on trial for the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo- Sept 13 & 14, 2017

That seems like a really stupid thing to try to nail him for. And he sounds reasonable still.

All of a sudden he is calling her Miss Bobo and Mr. Adams. Suddenly everything got polite. This is a far different Autry than this morning.

This morning he was testifying what was said during the event. He appeared polite and respectfully continually this morning.

I really thought she was going to jump up and accuse him of being the rapist/killer, and trying to put it all on Zach. That would be effective. It would bring in a lot of 'reasonable doubt.'

But she seems to be niggling about the route and the details of the conversation between them. Making no objection that the drive happened or the conversation ever happened. It is kind of blowing my mind the way she is crossing this witness.

I disagree. I mean he has been nothing but cooperative in court. But all the vulgerness of what he calls her and how he speaks just naturally profane about her specifically....that was what I got out of this morning. Not him being polite about "Miss Bobo"

i have sort of lost respect for the judge in terms of what he is allowing here.

For me, it's both. I believe both.

What I don't believe, or at least what I am not convinced of, is that ZA went there that morning to cook meth with CB, or to show him how, or whatever.

This does not mean I think Autry is lying when he said ZA told him that. It means I think ZA was lying.

I think ZA went to the Bobo home that morning to get Holly. I think he had cased the area in advance to know times she came and went. MOO.

And wasn't ZA to have said "I couldn't have picked a prettier b**** to KIDNAP?" I think it is painfully obvious why he showed up dressed in camo early that morning at the Bobo home.

No statement that he said he had kidnap her because she came out of the house raising hell.

He kidnapped her to rape her and then murdered her to silence Holly from being able to tell what happened to her. It had nothing to do with giving Clint a meth lesson. He thought Clint was gone and he knew her parents would be by then too, imo

I was just pointing out that he was recounting conversations and what was said between people this morning. I think we will hear him get back to language once they get into the back and forth about what was said between the actors.

So when Zach gets on the stand, he is going to say, I didn't have anything to do with Holly Bobo. I don't know her. I was just working all day. I mean, what on earth is he going to say he was doing? I am baffled by this.

Is he going to say I didn't have any of these conversations or meet with Autry, Dylan, Austin or any of these people.

Is someone paying the defense to throw the case? Maybe someone wants to make sure he has a right to an appeal because his attorney was so bad - she is obviously not prepared
