Their stories were NOT in their files if they had been checked out

I have been following this trial and the whole case since beginning here from the UK thanks so much for the updates ! I have a question what was in the bucket I thought we would find out from the man who found Hollys remains?

hope def. attorney does not ask this guy what his phone number is. there were enough blunders in this investigation that a good defense attorney would really be able to make this witness work for them....but doubtful that will happen unless another def. attorney steps up.

Not gonna lie, I'm still waiting for Shayne Austin to walk in that court room and testify his side of this. Hypothetically, If someone is in Witness Protection and then comes out to testify, do they go back in even though it's confirmed they aren't dead? Everything I read states he was never formally charged therefore not offered a deal b/c he died before charges were filed.

Guess there's a first time for everything. *shrug*
