So you are saying she knew this case inside/out 4 yrs ago? I would request a link to back up that statement.

And yes, those of us with an open mind can surely see the "real lies" and where they are coming from in this case. And that made up crime scene is one of the most obvious lies in this case....right from the mouth of the most crooked prosecutor these real eyes have ever realised. :)

Real eye's, wearing REALLY BIG blinders..

Yes CoolJ,

A crooked prosecutor indeed. Who will go to EXTREME measures to WIN a case.

I find myself as of late, wondering..

Would Kratz have gone to extreme measures in THIS case? If so, how extreme?

Did HE have access to evidence rooms, evidence, keys, passwords/key codes, crime scene, etc?

Just food for thought, AND it sure would let the " good ole boys " off the hook
( you know, for the folks with " real eye's " who stand by them and the fact they can do NO wrong )

With everything that I have seen in this case I just cannot rule out that KK could have gone to the MOST extreme measures to get a conviction in this case, including the possiblity that he was part of actually making this case happen if you know what I mean.

Of course I don't think he has the cahunas to have had any hands on involvement but overseeing and masterminding the whole thing...That I cannot rule out at this point. JMO

So she has asked that the appeal be put on "hold" until the testing is done. I do believe she still has to file a motion to access and test evidence, which she will do in Manitowoc. I'm still trying to catch up, but she did just tweet a picture of a road sign saying "manitowoc" I will grab it shortly... still reading LOL

This is kind of what I figured, how could she file a brief if she hasn't even tested everything she wants to test? Hopefully we will get more with her filing in Manitowoc for the evidence, she is going to have to have some sort of "supporting" evidence/information.

Courthouse trying to delegate a system for providing information in case Zellner filed electronically, or if she does appear in person.

She's giving a press conference right now at Mani Courthouse, Can't watch cause I'm at work but... catching snippets of it like every key piece of evidence used against SA was planted.
What we suspected all along!!!! I'll find some footage tonight of it to watch after work. Just seeing her in front of the courthouse would be priceless.

I had mentioned this before. I mean additional DNA testing being done. I am elated his attorneys are doing so. If she finds exonerating evidence we will know about it I think. However what happens if she finds the DNA is linked to SA?

I also think the Prosecutor should start requesting additional testing on some of the evidence collected which was never tested before his last trial. Since there have been so many advancements in this field since SAs trial I do hope they find additional evidence. There isn't one case where everything taken in as evidence at the time was sent to the lab for testing. So there may be many items they could test or even retest. Usually there are multiple pieces collected that was never tested.

Even though they used the same forensic test in SAs case as they did in the 90s during OJ Simpson's trial to see if an additive had been added to the blood vial....I am sure they have advanced in that area of testing too.

I for one still believe Steven Avery is very much guilty of this horrific murder. He burned everything up including Teresa's body while trying to destroy evidence and the blood/veins/organs, which are soft would burn quickly under high heat. So would most of her tissue/fat/, and muscle would have burned up rather quickly. The blood would burn up quickly like a pot of liquid would do when placed on the stove under high heat. The fire was much more intense of course than something boil on a stove because tires would react as an accelerant and make the fire hotter. So if SA was framed as some believe where did the police get her DNA from on the bullet casing? Or his sweat DNA found on the hood latch?

Also I feel there is no logical reason why any business man would ever block his number from being viewed by the person they have called. Yet he not only did that..........he had Teresa thinking she would be meeting a woman at the junk yard that day. It is obvious to me he didn't want her to know she wasn't meeting with any woman but she would be meeting with him. He may have already known how uncomfortable she was being around him since he opened his door to a pre-planned meeting with Teresa in just a bath towel prior to the murder.

However if he does get a re-trial I will be watching and keeping up with it of course. The Prosecutor is not going to let him walkaway if the appellate court does overturn it. He will be charged again. IMO I dont think Dassey will be retried and I am okay with that. I always felt if he did anything he was coerced by fear and intimidation. It is sort of like someone holding a gun to someone's head and tells them if they do such and such they will live.

oceanblueeyes ~ the DNA is already linked to SA. From what I understand, she is going to be running some tests that will hopefully tell us where that DNA originated from. One of the examples, if I understood it correctly was.... if the DNA under the hood is saliva, and then the buccal swab with SA's DNA on it has dirt (when it shouldn't), it would show that someone wiped something dirty with the swab, like a hood latch. It's an interesting approach for sure, since Buting/Strang have said they thought it was a transfer from a tech who didn't change gloves.

She also wants to test that "magic bullet", so we will see what comes of that too. There is no such thing as "sweat DNA", Zellner even mentions that in her motion. Again, if I read it correctly, she wants to do some ballistic testing, and would also like to see if there is a chance that it could be determined what kind of DNA or where it came from (brain, tissue, etc).

I disagree about the "luring", I just don't think he did. The *67, a business man, using his personal cell phone, is not unreasonable in his situation. We have never heard it from him, but Strang said it was common for him to use *67.

I think we will all be watching if he gets a re-trial. Zellner made it pretty clear today that she thinks what she already has could get him out, but that further testing will yet again leave SA fully exonerated of the murder (maybe with the real perp?) Time will tell.

I have also thought KK could've been...er...involved... in TH's death. ( I grabbed the quotes below off a website, when I get a chance I'll link it, pardon the delay please!).

"If you think about it, there’s now more demonstrative, proven evidence of sexual deviance by Ken Kratz than there is of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey – combined. (A date to an autopsy? No wonder he looked a little sweaty describing the fictitious version of the murder of Halbach.)"

"If Kratz’ ability to keep his disgusting behavior (sexting the victim of domestic abuse???) a secret for a year with the help of the Wisconsin DOJ isn’t proof of a corrupt system, what is?"

"Why didn’t Governor Foley prosecute Kratz?"

Inquiring minds want to know!

Also (jmo)

I firmly believe that SA was under (unofficial) surveillance the whole time, as his lawsuit was moving forward. I'll never believe they weren't watching this guy like a hawk.

I agree 100% that he was under surveillance.

Was the set up of Steven Avery the motive for the murder of TH?

That's where my mind is going now..
