Zellner Tweets

Oceanblueeyes......I'm at work at the moment so can't completely answer you.....but imo from what I have read, I don't think the bullet would enter and then have enough power to exit. Zellner did say she plans on doing some tests on the bullet in hopes of figuring out what the source of DNA was (brain, liver, etc.). Also wanting to do more ballistic testing on it.

The smell.....absolutely! And no one said anything about the smell, not even Brendan in his march 1st interview.....a detail weigert and fassbender missed?

And thanks for thanks! I'm not sure why, but this case just got to me. I was very active at the beginning of the McStay case back when it was on the old court tv forum....it got to me too!

Minor correction Missy. In Brendan's 2/27 interview they asked him if he noticed any funny smells coming from the fire. Then there was the untaped Foxhill interview. Then on 3/1 when asked about smells coming from the fire he suddenly remembered it smelled bad.

thanks! So in his 2/27 interview, he didn't recall a smell?

What did she say in her testimony?

She said she could hardly understand him. But I suppose when he said "same" that part was crystal clear. Read her early interviews. "I don't remember exactly what was said... But give me about 18 months and I'll remember everything he said verbatim.

Is it being denied that TH did make a comment about SA to her coworker (regarding the towel incident)? Seems credible to me. She could think he's "ewww" or creepy and not be 'afraid' of him. Also, per the call sheet she was told she'd be meeting with and photographing a van owned by "B. Janda."

Why, out of 16 calls that one day, did SA hide/block his number on only 2 calls -- the ones that went to TH before she went to Avery Salvage Yard?

Because all those calls were to businesses or government agencies who he probably wasn't too concerned might give out his phone number to the public or reporters. TH was a private citizen, so to speak, and he may have had concerns she might give out his number. I get calls that come in occasionally with Unknown or Unavailable. I don't instantly assume someone is trying to lure me to a location I've been to over a dozen times so they can murder me.

right, I would have to go back to the phone call thread to look .... but I think all those calls were to either his family, Jodi's lawyer and/or Jodi's probation officer, oh and the first call to AutoTrader, that wasn't *67 either.

I still say IMO he just wasn't sure the number he had written down was hers, he may have suspected it was, but he didn't have her name or any identifying remarks that indicated it was the photographer for AutoTrader with it. I'm curious about her VM message, did it just say "this is Teresa, leave a message", did it even identify who you were calling? You know what I mean? LOL If she was there and left paperwork, maybe he was confident it was her and wasn't worried about the *67 when he called her later that afternoon to photograph the loader.

I suppose you never ended up dead on the property of the person(s) who blocked their calls to you, with your remains burned behind their house. I suspect it would only be in hindsight that anyone would think maybe something was up with blocked calls from the person who was hosting your remains in their fire pit mere hours after your visit. Perchance.

I assume it had a message with her name on it like "Hi, you've reached Teresa..." The only problem is he didn't know her name from the start so unless hearing her name jogged his memory he still might not have known he had the right person. Of course after she showed up and said "Hey, it's just Teresa. I'm here to take some pictures" then he would have known he was calling the right person so no need for *67 if he were doing it before because he wasn't certain about who he was calling.

I have a difficult time with a common sentiment of everyone else was lying or mistaken, but not SA. Evidence that might look bad or curious or strange toward SA, it's either ignored, or argued into being part of a conspiracy or framing or coverup or it's twisted into a meaning that is the kindest and most benign meaning for SA.

Frankly that seems far-fetched to me and smacks of not only an inability or unwillingness to be objective, but of pushing an agenda.
Not every state witness lied. And there is evidence that can't be explained away unless one goes into the conspiracy abyss. I'm not willing to take that leap without proof. And not just the suggestion or insistence of it, but actual proof. This is why I eagerly await the tests being run by the Zellner team.
bbm

I have a difficult time with the "Pot Calling the Kettle Black"!

I imagine her message didn't say "hey, this is Teresa, the photographer"

My household voicemail only states the number you have reached,we are not available so please leave a message.... I don't have our name/names on it ;-) The person dialing my number should know who they are calling, otherwise, don't call ;-)

No it doesn't. Ms Zellner already knows who the perp. is and it ain't Steven Avery.

She does? How if she hasn't run the necessary tests yet? If she already had the evidence needed to prove it was someone else than why would it take this long and she is still wanting to do tests? Did a test come back already that linked the murder to someone else? I can see her having suspicions about another suspect. Do you have a link Karrina to where she states definitively she knows who the killers is and has evidence to prove it? I would think that would be huge breaking news.

It seems if she had the evidence already of another killer she would bypass the courts and go directly to the Governor and present the evidence that shows BARD that it was someone else so Avery could be released immediately.

thank you in advance.

He didn't have to know about the conversation. In my opinion, the look on her face or body language would have spoken loud and clear. G'night.

Pure speculation on both our parts~~neither one of us was there to see the interpersonal communication~~only TH and SA would know the extent of their communication~~lets agree to disagree. :)

How do we know SA called and said quote: "send the same girl as last time?" According to what we know she'd been there roughly fifteen times and was the only person (girl or guy) that had been going out there for quite some time. SA might have easily said "can you send that girl out here to take some pictures?" Dawn added "same" on her own and now everyone assumes that's what he said verbatim.

IIRC, there was another girl doing the Manitowoc area before TH. She testified at SA trial. I believe she is the one who said SA gave her the creeps. Sorry, can't remember her name right now, but it is in the transcripts. But nonetheless, it is subjective at this point.

That is a good question and only SA would know the answer to it. I'm sure KZ was asked him and the answer she received seemed plausible. I can't imagine with something the prosecution could latch onto hasn't been gone over with a fine tooth comb.

Can't say that I have. But I will say if I do end up dead I don't care who's burn pit some of my remains end up in, my ex-husband did it.

Safeguard, be well~~prayers to you. Get well soon! :balloons:[/QUO
Thanks BCA... I'm told if I get the ablation surgery, I'll be "cured", but I'm scared of it though. I'm too young for this chit!

It's painless and not something difficult to recover from. Just think of how great it would be to have energy and not be fatigued so often. This procedure will actually leave you with less to fear than you will continue to have if you do not do it.

Actually neither girl said SA gave them the creeps (at least not Teresa anyway). Dawn testified Teresa told her about the towel incident, said "eeewwww" and they both giggled. Kratz then asked her if it gave Teresa the creeps and Dawn said yes. So Teresa never actually said anything about him creeping her out. Kratz did.

You could very well be right about not knowing if he was dialing the right number. After all, the picture had her number and the Zander Rd address on it. That same Zander Rd address that just bugs the heck out of Dexter. I will forever think of Dexter every single time I pass that road...LOL
