Zellner Tweets

awww hope all goes well Safeguard :) Happy you made a decision as well.

It's a pretty quiet weekend here.... even with the new filings (although not much to discuss) probably because of the long weekend! Hopefully Zellner is busy getting taped interviews with her new witnessES ;-)

I know. I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out who might be talking!
I just can't imagine, since so many of them all seem so complicit ykwim?

Yep!

Because IMO, she's that good!:peace:

Bushnell was named Executive Director of the Midwest Innocence Project on August 5th, 2016.

Steven G. Richards is now acting as Local Counsel. Zellner is not licensed in the State of Wisconsin and needs a local lawyer.

IMO Bushnell is just too busy. Last week she tweeted that she had 3 hearings, 5 depositions and 2 filings in 4 States. I highly doubt that she did any leg work and was more of a "signature" than anything.

Oh or... maybe Bushnell found out about Zellner's obvious drinking problem and stepped down  (*sarcasm* for those that don't know sarcasm is :) )

It makes a huge difference. Not only has Zellner downgraded but the normally Tweet happy Zellner has yet to publicly comment.

ETA ...if you meant the source for her no longer being involved it is here http://www.stevenaverycase.org/wp-c...-Motion-to-Hold-Appeal-in-Abeyance-9-1-16.pdf

If you're only finding out now that is because it has been kept hush hush for some reason

Down graded how? TB worked hard for her. She most likely still will, IMO.
Seems more like a convenience thing ( logistically ) to me.

Well... since no one else can seem to find a link ... here you go:

and in case you missed it the State filed something too...

Thank you, Missy;)
Can always count on you to bring reliable info to the forum. Seems you always do, lol
Nothing screams " I don't have the facts straight " when one is asked for a link and...
**crickets**
JMO

Her tweets do sometimes resemble the rantings of a drunk person don't they? Many wonder why the Innocence Project are no longer involved in the case and why no comment from Zellner.
Hmmm, what DOES a " ranting drunk " sound like, anyway?🤔 Ranting drunks it seems would have a tough time tweeting, IMO.
Please, enlighten me as I am genuinely curious to know.
I haven't heard or read anything as of late. WHO wants to know why the innocence project are no longer involved in the case? Many? Many where?

Thanks so much😉
Okay I found who Zellner is working with: Tricia Bushnell of the Midwest Innocence Project

It's the WI Innocence Project that wanted nothing more to do with Avery after getting him out the first time.

I could care less about social media until it is covered as news in place of legitimate, meaningful things that actually impact people's lives.

Let's ignore the fact that the US military has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians since 2002, the illegal US actions around the world, inequality in education, poverty and injustice because we have to cover the latest actress or actor who is upset because people were mean to them on the internet which, of course, demands wall to wall coverage.

Agree with you 100%
Sad that we are in the minority.
Many ignore actors, mediocre ones at best, make millions per flick while those responsible for helping to mold our children, ( teachers ) are earning mere pennies in comparison.

Tis the world we live in.

If I ever have any serious legal problems remind me to get my lawyer rantingly drunk! :drink:
Apparently those ones are Bad@ss! :thewhip:

zellner tweet sept 8.PNG

Well... that solves that.... unless Zellner has been :drink: again LOL

Bushnell tweet Sept 8.PNG

So.... lookie at that!!! This is Tricia Bushnell's tweet. Wow... this must truly say something if the Director of the Midwest Innocence Project wants to join the lead counsel for Steven Avery, right?

JMO but Steven Richards joining as local counsel is for the logistics and convenience. I am surprised thought that Bushnell has the time to take the case on, or maybe it is about being part of the process for her and Zellner and for MIP.

Well, I guess there aren't too many wondering anymore... And here I was, getting all concerned that Bushnell had left the team because the case was falling apart or something....... LOL ..yeah right(sarcasm)!!!!

Now do we see how disinfo can change the public perception? A lot of folks out there would read those comments and believe them and spread inaccurate information.
