Zellner Tweets

Well, I guess there aren't too many wondering anymore... And here I was, getting all concerned that Bushnell had left the team because the case was falling apart or something....... LOL ..yeah right(sarcasm)!!!!

Now do we see how disinfo can change the public perception? A lot of folks out there would read those comments and believe them and spread inaccurate information.

someone replied to her "so you are back on the case", Bushnell's reply was "still on the case, yes" LOL

It's funny to see the reactions... when some thought she left, it must have been because she doesn't believe in SA, the case was falling apart and it was very "telling". Now? I'm guessing it will be *crickets* :winko:

btw ... Love your signature :)

Funny, speaking here about disinfo & public perception.

I vividly remember Missy stepping in here, on WS, OFTEN ( to provide links, correct those who " misquoted information " & the like ) for this very reason.
At the time, we had SO many folks coming and going, and NEWBIES galore! I remember Missy saying if people were going to put information out there, here on WS, to at LEAST make it legit.
People are free to form their own opinions sure, but based on facts.

‘Making a Murderer': Steven Avery Legal Team Gets Shake-Up

The legal team representing Steven Avery, the subject of Netflix’s “Making a Murderer,” has undergone a shake-up, with former local counsel Tricia J. Bushnell stepping aside for a new Manitowoc-based attorney on Thursday.

According to Justin Scott, a spokesperson for the Midwest Innocence Project, the swap made sense as Bushnell is based in Missouri while Richards is on the ground in Wisconsin.

“Tricia is not leaving the team, her role just changed,” Scott told TheWrap. “The team is evolving by adding Richards and his local expertise.”

EXACTLY!

And just because people don't post, doesn't mean they don't read here. Many times "guests" are browsing these forums. It's good to have facts, and opinions, but it's also good to have a distinction between the 2 ;-)

Thanks RANCH,
I believe that this is kinda what you were thinking, eh Missy?

Yep, kinda, but I am surprised that TB has time to play a major role in the case. We will see :)

I think with the State asking that the case go back to the local court, in Manitowoc, changed things. IIRC in Manitowoc Courts, things need to be done in person and faxing or electronic filings are not an option.

Someone on reddit found it, and I did a quick google search.... Ms. Bushnell got married last weekend. So her lack of response right away about the change in local counsel/signing on as co-counsel meant absolutely nothing. I noticed she went quiet on twitter, but didn't read much into it, congrats to her :)

...and the circus keeps rolling along. :)
TB leaves > KZ deletes all her ranting tweets > then TB comes back but only as co-counsel and still appearing in MAM 2. No wonder people are wondering what is going on behind the scenes and whether the filmakers had to step in.

Add SG's interview stating that the filmakers now have to leave out details of SA's private life because it is becoming more comical, it must be a headache for the filmakers. At least it may be some consolation to Teresa's family knowing that on the road to using their loved one's murder as a money making venture, it is not a smooth one for the circus that is MAM 2

Oh I sooo agree with you. In fact, I was expecting her to tell everyone the reason why KZ has deleted most of her ranting tweets but I can't find anything at all. If I have missed it, can you point it out to me please? Can't wait to read it :)

The interview with the documentariens that you linked to, clearly stated the producers denied discussing MaM or Avery's privet life with SG. Once again, people only 'hear' what they want to hear'.

And... I'm sure it must be some consolation to Teresa's family knowing that there may finally be justice for her in this case, thanks, in no small part, to this Documentary bringing to the attention of the world community, the grave injustices that occured during the 'circus' that was carefully crafted by LE and the Kratz. ( Talk about manipulating public opinion!).

Sounds like' sour grapes' to me. ~shrug~ Whatever will you come up with when SA is exonerated just like Brendan?

Grasping at straws is patently obvious.

Could you please link to the "ranting" tweets you are talking about because i don't know what you're talking about and would like to read them if that's possible, or maybe you could paraphrase, TIA.

Maybe Limaes feels that all of Zellners tweets are "rants".

Zellner deletes some of her tweets? OMG! LOL! (http://www.internetslang.com/LOL-meaning-definition.asp). ;)

Deleted tweets will have exactly zero effect on the outcome the motion.

Can you please point out to me the earth-shattering implications of these deleted tweets?
