Zellner Tweets

WOW~~~~I knew those bullets were planted. Jaddie, Missy and Dexter~~you were right about the bones and the blood. I think we all knew the camera, cellphone, PDA and key were planted. Those dang barrels leaving and coming and leaving again.

FROM THE BEGINNING,, MY FRIEND:loveyou:

NONE of this so called " evidence " against Avery made ANY sense , IMO

Each and EVERY piece can be LOGICALLY explained away! ( like it or not ) And I am guessing Zellners team is proving this piece by piece.:happydance:

This should put paid to nonsensical claims that Zellner is backpedaling away from the case!

Rather looks like full steam ahead with all the confidence in the world.

NEVER a doubt in my mind:great:
This entire circus of a frame job just never made ANY sense:laughing:

I don't think the bullet and casings were necessarily planted, just irrelevant. If you trust Buting/Strang, there were hundreds or thousands of spent .22 casings on the Avery property.

.22 bullets are VERY cheap, a local (to me) sporting goods store sells boxes of 500 for $20. So it isn't really all that shocking that some might just be all over a junkyard. Though in the garage is a bit weird, what with the FBI having searched there already.

The fact that they picked the casings and bullet in the garage tells you that the garage was probably a narrative they WANTED to tell.

Oh for goodness sakes LOL I wonder if she types this stuff with a straight face?
If I had to guess, YES😉
I think I've said before, I can hardly imagine having the stellar reputation that she has that she would joke about
evidence being planted.
17 men have walked free thanks to her!
I'm guessing she takes all of this pretty seriously, otherwise it makes her look bad. ( doesn't strike me as the type to wanna look bad )

I guess she isn't backpedalling anymore hey?

What if she is right Limaes? Do you not think she has evidence to back up what she says?
Given her track record, shouldnt we ALL be concerned with the possibility of what may have went down with this case?
It is about justice for TH right?

Nice Avatar by the way. It is important to have a good avatar! ;)

So, going from not taking the case to taking the case is backpedaling?

Do we have the same definition for this word?

Yes, this is about justice for Teresa. Just like getting Steven off the hook for the previous wrongful conviction was justice for Penny Beerntsen - there is no justice for the victim when the wrong guy is in jail while the real perpetrator runs free to commit more crimes.

Just my opinion.

If KZ is doing what she is being accused of, "backpedaling" then why would she spend money out of her own pocket to get the testing done as she has stated?
It's not like she needs the noteriety or the money, her track record speaks for itself in other high profile cases, and she has very many cases that need to be looked at. Why would she even bother with SA's case if she didn't think he was innocent in killing TH?
As i said it's not like she needs the noteriety she already has that anyway. In this case i think some logical thought needs to be applied in that regard. All IMO.

I read the other day about how difficult it is to get someone's conviction overturned once they have been wrongfully convicted. The process can take years of going back & forth in the judicial process.

She was back peddling the moment she agreed to take the case imo. Remember she knocked it back for 4 years until MaM became an International juggernaut.

Absolutely this is about justice for Teresa. It is also about public safety and not letting a a violent, dangerous killer, who has no remorse, back out amongst innocent people.

Regarding KZ, I have stated previously that I don't think she is genuinely trying to free him. She is not a stupid woman, there is a reason she knocked it back for 4 years imo. This is all about MaM 2. When all has been said and done, when Teresa's case has been milked dry, she will walk away blaming the system, Netflix will have another successful series but more importantly, SA will remain locked up away from females and the evidence will still be as strong as it has always been imo.

Why would KZ care about the series MAM? She's already rich and famous in her own right. She hardly needs the affirmation of a Netflix series. What she does really seem to care about is proving the innocence of her clients. The sad thing is that there are so many wrongly convicted individuals in our justice system, there is no way she can help all of them.

I wonder what some will say when KZ proves it and SA walks free?
Really curious to see if there will be any "back-peddling" in certain quarters or if MaM will be held responsible for freeing a "murderer".

Should be fascinating to watch the aftermath. Hopefully some changes in the system will result in fairer less biased prosecution of cases like this and presumption of innocence will be an actual...presumption.

Exactly. She is certainly not an amateur at what she does and trying to make a name for herself.

I really don't think it will matter if SA walks out of prison a free man, because those people that are convinced of his guilt will continue to feel that way regardless IMO.
And i also think most of us know of some of the corruption that goes on in the judicial arena and it's way overdue the system makes some changes so that mistakes and corruption are less likely to occur. It would be a start anyway.

Accusations that Zellner is some kind of 'ambulance chaser' just make me shake my head.

If that is true, we need more of her kind freeing innocent people from prison and getting real perpetrators sent to prison.

Ya know, Safeguard, I've wondered the same.
I wonder if Zellner presents scientific proof Avery is innocent will it be enough for some?
To me, should folks still scream Murderer after proof is presented... I have to ask if they too hold a grudge against him much like Manitowoc County did/does🙄
All JMO of course

I agree and what an insult to KZ's professionalism IMO. I love what she stands for and wish she could get every wrongfully convicted person out of the prison system like yesterday. The world certainly needs more professionals like Ms. Zellner for sure.

I personally don't think it matters to KZ what people think of her she certainly doesn't need anyone in the general public's approval. Like anyone else she has a job to do and she gives it her best IMO. I'm sure if anyone of us were wrongfully imprisoned we would certainly want her in our corner.

- when you state something with 100% conviction, that is a guarantee in my books

- you said nothing of KZ in that post. did someone say something about backpedalling?? lol

- yes it is a fact that almost all of the evidence used to convict is being questioned in a court of law. It is not internet posters or steven avery "fans" or even documentary producers raising these questions. Real lawyers with a real history in wrongful convictions are raising these questions. That is a fact, mate.

- turning the subject from the post to the poster...... hmmm kind of like how some turn the attack on the messenger(KZ) instead of the message... is this still an example of someone struggling with a different viewpoint when that is done?

- no i am not attacking you personally at all. I am sincerely trying to understand and grasp the viewpoint of those who want to put this case to bed and not have any questions answered. It doesn't make logical or intuitive sense to me. If someone thinks SA and BD are guilty for whatever reason that is fine, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I enjoy reading opposing opinions. But the attitude of "lets just sweep this under the rug, nothing to see here" is what baffles me and makes me highly suspicious .
Your last 2 sentences, yep❤
Great post all around!
Thank you😊
