Just finished reading this pdf. article earlier. It's a very telling article and lots of legal misconduct by KK for sure according to the legal expert who wrote it.

So does that mean the carbon dating the blood did work? From the motion it didn't sound like it did if KZ is saying the blood in the RAV4 is from 2005. I wonder what else showed up in the blood??

I have seen speculation that its RH himself or AC. Personally I think it's probably the accomplice​ that she specifically mentions in her brief. Just wanted to get others thoughts on this?

Definitely! Some are saying this is not possible as there are no affidavits but that is not necessary IMO. It is more likely that a cooperating witness would be speaking "off the record" for the time being. it is absolutely possible.

From the brief, Page 50 footnote:

Current post-conviction counsel filed a Motion for Scientific Testing on August 26, 2016 and requested,
among other tests, to do radiocarbon and DNA methylation testing on Mr. Avery's blood swabs taken
from the RAV4. The purpose of these tests was to determine if Mr. Avery's blood had come from the
1996 blood vial. After receiving the samples, current post-conviction counsel's experts determined that
there was an insufficient quantity of blood for these tests. Furthermore, current post-conviction counsel
abandoned this effort after determining that the blood planted on the RAV-4 was taken from Mr. Avery's
sink in 2005.

I am curious if any other tests were run on the blood that they got? I think, legally, they would have to request permission to do any different tests than what was agreed, but it still makes me wonder if they did. LOL

I even watched the flyover video again last night to see if at any time it showed Kuss Rd, wondering if KZ or her team saw something in the video. I think it 'almost' does LOL it's in that area, but not sure if it got to the end of Kuss Rd or where the point of interest was, I will have to go back and see if there was coordinates. There is something about the brief and how it's stated that she seems so sure it was there and moved after the flyover. I guess the fact that the flyover was cut off right at the precise time that the RAV4 should have showed is fishy enough to conclude there was a reason why they edited the flyover video. Which reminds me... I always thought that WE got an edited version, but I assumed that the defense would have had the full unedited version, guess not!

Why would they bother to edit out evidence, if not to keep it from the defense? I don't think they did it just for us...I've always believed that the very fact that they DID edit it proved the RAV wasn't there. I've always though the original was destroyed.

Funny, I was just looking to see if there was any information about SkippTopp getting more of the exhibits. According to some of his posts on reddit today, he called KZ's office yesterday, they told him they would be releasing the experts affidavits/CV's, which they have. SkippTopp thinks that the news stations have now decided not to get the exhibits, believing that KZ would be releasing them all lol Anyway, he has requested some things... from his post: 'I already requested a handful of the exhibits, including Avery's affidavit, the enhanced audio, video recreation of the bookcase and key, scent and cadaver dog reports, etc. I hope to receive them next week and I'll post them here.' He figures he should get them and they should be up by the end of the week. If nothing else has been obtained from media and/or KZ, he will make another request then for the remainder of the exhibits.

I think everyone was waiting, and hoping that KZ would upload everything, so no one would have to pay for them LOL

Right! Like, really... that has to be the first clue that it wasn't there lol I saw a picture of an exhibit (a local on the fb page took pictures at the courthouse yesterday), there is a document where KZ requested a full copy of the flyover or something like that. I will have to go back and see if I can get a screenshot of it or save the pic.

That is what I am thinking, but I haven't any reliable clues. But there does seem to be a lot of discussion of RH's movements during critical time periods.
