Delayed until 2013? For what reason? Oh how insane, but at least CA's appeal should be over at that point and she'll be off probation too. I hope this doesn't mean Munyon is going to throw it out. Why would she delay it even more? I just don't get it. I'm really getting tired of things continually being stretched out for Casey. How ridiculous!

I can't even be mad anymore. I just throw up my hands, and oh well. This is just how it goes for Casey. Maybe this is a sign for me to focus on other things besides waiting for Casey to get what she deserves. *sigh*

I understand how you feel. I tell myself to just walk away, let it go. But I can't. I believe for me it's about the fact that a baby was murdered and thrown away, the fact that the person who did this crime was set free, the fact that the DT in this case lied and destroyed innocent people have had all charges dropped against them, the fact that there has been no justice for baby Caylee. I keep coming back hoping one day I'll read something about someone, some how is being held responsible for something! My hopes are now with the IRS. I wonder will FCA be the first person who gets away with not paying her taxes. I've always thought ok she got away with murder but she will not get away with not paying her taxes???

I agree. I still would like to know why Mason is hanging around. He said Baez's job was done when the trial was over. Why wasn't his job done also?

IMO it's because he's still enjoying the publicity.

I think that in Mason's tiny, albeit massively elephantine, ego driven mind he just wants to stick it to the man. He wants to win it all. It will make him feel better, do the victory dance. No matter what the cost. I think it says more about Mason than anything else, certainly the felon is merely a pawn.

"Good things come to those who wait."

"Patience is a virtue."

"Wait and see..."

"Adopt the pace of nature; her secret is patience."

Ok, let's all try and focus on really good quotes about being patient and waiting. Otherwise, all our heads will simultaneously explode, and there will be blood ... everywhere.. and it'll be a big mess... and ....

For the most part, the IRS goes after people it feels it can collect from. If KC's taxes have not been paid, the debt will never go away. And it will just grow in amount with added interest and penalty. However, the amount KC owes currently is pretty insignificant, at least in the IRS's eyes it is not worth their effort to go after KC for the money. That stance may change once she is bringing in money, if that ever happens. Basically, she is unemployed and broke (any money she gets is not from conventional means and thus isn't being reported anywhere as income). Until her debt gets bigger AND she has some means to pay, the IRS will not waste their time or resources pursuing KC.

That's JMO though. There are IRS agents who are decent Americans and believe all delinquent taxpayers should be treated the same. Maybe one of them will be assigned collection of KC's IRS debts, current and future.

I think it's all good. That's about, what, 10 months away? She'll come out of the dark, seeking the light (limelight) long before then. She won't be able to claim that she is fearing for her life. She'll have money, from some source....And M&M will know her address for the subpoena.
And there is Tim Miller and his case. That is still a go for a hearing on
6/1/2012 at 8:30 am.
Roy Kronk's case against her hasn't been closed.
It's all good. Still a chance for Justice to prevail but not too good for fca. She's not home free yet. But I can imagine that as soon as her probation is over she won't be able to control her Narcissistic ways and will be blatantly out and about and not hiding. Her way of pulling off CM's finger salutation to the media. She released the diary videos (mo) while still on probation. Can't wait to see what she releases after probation...not
*And Caylee, where does she fit into all of this? To fca she was trash. To CA she was a shell that fca threw away as trash. To the defense she was a photo shopped image standing by a sliding door.

I was not one who thought your post was against outing FCA..I understood your point.
The Judge does not grant M&M the motion giving them the address to serve OCA and seal that order.
The DT refusing to accept the Subpoena on their clients behalf

BBM
I agree, what the Judge, Greene and Mason have done is put in motion a game of hide and go seek of OCA.

Both sides responsible for the delay which benefits the Plaintiff ZG when you think about it.

As far as Casey appearing, being forced to, she doesn't have to be there. She is the one being accused, not the accuser. She only has to answer questions if she chooses to use them as a defense and her not answering may help the Plaintiffs case. She is the one being sued, and she doesn't have to answer any questions or put on a defense. Much a do about nothing IMO.

I understand people want to hear her talk, they want answers, although I have NO idea why because most of us agree she'd lie anyway! Nothing she can say or do will satisfy those that feel justice was denied. It is my nature, most of the time, to be a voice of reason and here I must side with the defense. The defense argues, the taxpayers of Orange County will have to pay for added security etc. if Morgan & Morgan try and force the issue and demand she is there. We KNOW her being there isn't going to answer anything or make anyone feel better but it will make the wrong people suffer, IMO. In a way, it hurts more people than it helps.

I don't understand why they don't just camp out in Port St. Lucie at the church. Isn't she still there?

It is to their advantage NOT to have Casey there. I doubt they can force her to be there either. IMO, Morgan & Morgan just say that stuff to stir the pot and make people angry. Attorney tricks that seem to be working.

Actually it'd make my day if she was forced to attend. Several trials in fact- Tim Miller and Roy Kronk for a start...
If Orlando can't afford the "extra security" she will claim to need, I'd be willing to chip in a few $ just to see her azz dragged back into court. Of course she is not going to testify, she is a hit and run artist, she targeted Zenaida but doesn't have the backbone to face her in court.. It's not about her, it's about Zenaida

Do we know that she has not paid these taxes yet? Not sure? We do know that at one time Mason mentioned in the past that people were sending her money, thousands as I recall and they probably still are. She might even have more money than any of us will see in a lifetime and it's probably hidden until after her probation is over and all of her court dates completed. I'm quiet sure if she didn't have the money to pay said taxes that Cindy would come through and pay them for her one way or another. I think that it, "it" being the taxes, would be considered small potatoes to the Anthony's. They have their daughter and she is alive, would more could they ask for at this point? What I read in the news is that both Casey's att and Morgan agreed to the 2013 date. My guess is that nothing will ever come of it. Just like the case against her for murder. Just like every case that she has been in and will be involved in. Aren't they still working on getting her lying charges thrown out? Who knows, she'll probably prevail. The only thing that we're sure of is her charges from stealing from Amy and that's it, right? Reality has set in for me. Casey Anthony is alive and well in Florida and she is untouchable.

Osceola County Court Clerk
(The Lien was issued in Osceola County because her residential address at the time was listed at Baez's law firm)

Listed under OCA's name is the Notice of Federal Tax Lien filed by the IRS on May 17,2011 showing she owes them $68,520.41
No other notices or documents have been filed with Osceola Court, such as the filing of a notice of satisfaction of judgement...
I don't think she is making any payments either...she is Indigent afterall!!!! (sarcasm)

IMHOO, KCA will ignore this debt, and ignore this debt, letting it go on as far and as long as she can. Then, only when it becomes an issue that she can no longer avoid, say for instance they keep a refund that she was looking forward to, or start garnishing any monies she might have coming in, only then will she address it. And, she will blame JB. It will be all his fault because he told her blah, blah, blah, and she thought blah, blah, blah. She will blame him as easily as she blamed GA, LA, JG, and RK. I seriously think we will see her suing CM in the future for some made up wrong. Either that or he will give her money to keep her quiet. CM actually has some money and I'm sure KCA is thinking real hard on how she can take as much of it as possible. MOO.

I agree. Isn't it nice to know that karma will always follow her?

I agree. Isn't it nice to know that karma will always follow her?

Yes! And, I think that the case being delayed until 2013 is just another bit of that karma. The longer she must hide out and keep quiet, the lower her "exclusive" price will be, IMO. And, personally, I don't think she REALLY wants to be interviewed. She's a coward hiding behind her attorneys suitcoat. She in no way wants to have to sit face to face with someone who will ask her questions and then question her answers. She wants her answers, ie lies, to be accepted at face value and never to be doubted. I'm sure she would much rather write a book telling of her years of abuse at the hands of her parents, but she would not enjoy many sales. The vast majority of the US isn't interested in paying her for her lies. And the fallout for any publishing company that would pay her would be huge. So, I'm not sure she will get much of an offer there. She is over Caylee and all of the trouble that she caused her. She wants to find her new minions to string along and chameleon her way into someone elses life, playing "mama" to everyone, cooking and cleaning for her new bedfellow, and talking about her job as a paralegal in a busy law firm until one of them catches her stealing from them. She won't be phased a bit and will simply move on to her next victim. And on and on as has always been for KCA. Eventually she will be arrested for something and hopefully someday she will be made to pay for her wrongs. I truly hope so. And, I will be dancing a jig when it does. JMO.

I agree so much with you. I have been backing out of this mess because any time there is news about the CONVICTED FELON it's about putting her back up on that pedistool and I'm just sick of it. There will never be ANY ANY ANY justice for Caylee. That was over with when the jury let her walk. If she wont be held accountable for her childs death then what makes me think she will be held accountable for anything else? It's just not going to happen so I have to put a period behind it and go on knowing that Caylee is just a shell to everyone who holds CONVICTED FELON up as some God who is untouchable by man made laws that everyone else has to follow.

Ironically the term "shell" was also ca term for why it was okay to leave little Caylee in the woods....:moo::maddening:

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/en...-attorney-apologizes-to-zenaida-gonzalez.html

up thread someone posted that RHornsby predicts the case will be dismissed at the next hearing.
In the above article attorney Jeff Deen also predicts the case will be dismissed

YET..in the the same article the lawyers representing both sids (M&M and Greene) predict the civil suit will end with a trial

"But both sides told Sheaffer they think Gonzalez’s defamation suit will end with a trial."

Greene also said OCA would like to tell her story but on her terms...

  • #2,579
From todays Current News Thread
During a chat with WFTV-Channel 9 legal analyst Bill Sheaffer, Greene turned to the camera and said: “Miss Gonzalez, I apologize from the bottom of my heart and I’ll make sure Casey Anthony does, too, if you’ll dismiss this case.” http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/ent...-gonzalez.html

BBM
And there you go M & M! Right there is your confession from CONVICTED FELONS mouth piece. Take it all the way to a jury cuz if they see this gold nugget they will find CONVICTED FELON guilty.
Mr Greene, put your foot in your mouth much?

  • #2,580
Snipped from article above:

Greene countered that Gonzalez isn’t seeking money because Anthony is unemployed and indigent. Greene added that Anthony “would love” to tell her story, but will do so on her terms.

Yep. You can take it to the bank that FCA is working on either a book deal or TV interview deal.
