Has the Defense Team actually filed that appeal? I know they stated in court that they were going to but...anyone seen it for real?

Asking because I was wondering if they were stalling so OCA might have "some" protection at her upcoming ZFG trial..:waitasec:

Maybe I am crazy, but I could swear it was filed and we've been waiting for the appeal court to make a decision sometime before the year is out if we're lucky...

I am sure they filed...didn't they? Oh my God, if they haven't.....GAH!!!!!!

This fascination with FCA and her "danger" is all a bunch of hoooey trumped up by CM (and the lovely Missus) being rejected at the "club" - or on his voice mail (seriously -he's defended so many others...) I have no doubts they received threats, but c'mon, this snit smacks of status reduction rather than credible threat...

Didn't the judge say they only had 30 days to file the appeal? I seem to remember that. jmo

I think that Mr. Morgan's question regarding "which case" may be to nail down the exact trial so he can ask the judge for a stay or whatever they call it until that case is settled and she has no reason to plead the fifth. JMO

Can they take the fifth claiming they plan on appealing when they actually haven't? Because it's a legal matter I would think it is just like everything else and there's a time limit on how long you have to appeal. jmo

I thought it was thirty days to state whether or not they were going to appeal and a year to actually appeal - where are our legal memory-bank peeps when we need them????

I didn't realize the jist of that question! He was trying to show she doesn't have imaginary friends or is psychotic. LOL it worked too.

I havent read it yet...fixing to right now...morgan is a genius IMO, I am reading it not for the ignorant plead the 5ths but to see what morgan came up with to question. one thing I enjoyed about the trial was the absolute brilliance of so much of the testimony, esp dr vass :loveyou: so otherwise I'd never have heard of morgan&morgan (the chances of me ever moving to orlando, FL are pretty slim ) so this is just a little more good that came out of this pit of hell.

ps: OCA, I hope you have an eyelash stuck in your eye today and you cant get it out all day no matter how hard you try.

yeah me too, but all this judge is gonna do is pat OCA on the back, and ask her if she needs a hot chocolate and a stack of toilet paper. I wouldnt be surprised to see a DS style sobbing of OCA in the armpit either. jokes. IMO this judge is jokes.

Would have led to: 'so you identify with real people ... you don't actually IMAGINE them ... which makes you a liar .... you lied about our Zenaida.'

She would have served herself better by saying Tom Manly was in the room with her right now (but she's Casey Anthony - she's not that bright)

Well you are right - the 5th was used 60 times but "she" didn't plead 60 times her lawyer did it for her.
