ZFG Civil Case: Casey's Deposition #2

I can't imagine what it's like to have LE come and question me about kidnapping a toddler I've never seen or heard of.
When Green was asking her about her getting money, I would have said 'your darn right I'm looking for money to help me and my girls get back to being whole again and I demand a public apology from your convicted felon client, not only is she a lier and thief but she's the so called kidnapper and even though your felony client was aquitted of murder charges she is the one who murdered Caylee period Mr Green'.

The other thing that I just cannot figure out is WHY CA was not included in this law suit, her gums were flapping faster than eye blinking about "Zanny The Nanny", had her phone number on a post it note IIRC and even gave it to the black officer. I really would like to see the shoes sued off of CA for what she did to ZG. Think of how ugly she was when telling ZG in that depo something to the effect of sorry but your not a ten.

After watching the 3 minute preview, if the other 11 hours and 57 minutes are more of the same -I'm left thinking its OCA who should be very concerned.

I'm hardly an expert on depositions, or ever had the need to defend myself against a lawsuit, but if I ever had to, I'd be sure to pick an experienced pit bull that would be able to cut down my opponent in a 1/2 hour - 1 hour tops. If it took my lawyer 12 hours to get the job done, especially against someone as meek as ZFG, I'd be thinking I'm doomed and this was going to cost me a bundle.

Not only said by CA 'about' ZG in her depo, but said across the table to ZG.
Can't find the link sorry (it's on YouTube) but CA said something like 'sorry Miss, you're cute but you're not a ten'.
Her meaning was that the ZG in the room (the one bringing the suit) could not be the ZG Casey was refering to because Casey had described her as 'a ten".

I know...just explaining why it wasn't RC. Cindy had no business repeating anything Casey said, because if there was one person who knew that Casey had a real issue with the truth, it was Cindy. IMO she was pretty malicious herself. Personally, I don't know how the woman lives with herself. All the lies...perjuring herself...preying on people's kindness. I'll say it again, unbelievable!!

I know this is only three minutes of a twelve hour video but what strikes me is that ZG seems quite determined and is very smart. She knew (in the first 8 secs of this clip) that she should not answer the question, and waited for her atty to speak. This is way more sense than CA ever had in her depo.
But when it came time to speak, she was able to do so sensibly .... and she knew exactly what she wanted to say. OCA can't do that.
IMO ZG is in this for the right reasons - she wants OCA's hide - and this may be evidenced from what we've seen just in this short clip when she says, 'it's personal for me' and that she wants it to 'come out of her (OCA's) mouth'.
OK, we could envisage anyone lodging such a suit would say the same sort of thing, but I have an inkling ZG may believe she is some hope for Caylee.
Can't wait to see the rest. This board's going to be very quiet for 12 hours on Monday!

Maybe more of a legal question but I'm wondering if Greene feels that the longer he stretches it out and, more importantly the more questions he asks, the more ammo he'd have in his bag to trip her up on when she has to answer again in court?

Yes, it was Morgans depo of CA ... the day everything was 'irrelevant' and CA (as evidenced by her condascending attitude at the end of it) considered she had 'won' the questioning.

In my personal opinion only, there is no way Greene wants OCA EVER to have to go to a jury trial on this and have OCA get on the stand and testify in real words other than "....on the grounds this may incriminate me I plead the 5th...." Even if they delay and try to have ZFG wait longer until after the lying convictions appeal if Munyon rules that OCA does NOT have to answer any depo questions at this time, if her recent taking-of-the-5th stands, I do not think Greene will want this to go to trial sooner or later. I think they will offer a settlement. All depends on whether or not Ms. Gonzales is willing to settle or not, or go to trial with OCA taking the 5th and my understanding of what has been said is that the jury can take that 5th as a guilty admission from OCA. So Ms. Gonzales would "win" if OCA is never made to speak more than the 5th.

But I personally hope Ms. Gonzalez holds out for a jury trial, and waits until after the lying appeal is over, and makes OCA testify, and makes her give a personal, public apology.

I think also Greene just took this depo to the 12th hour because he could, I think Greene/OCA will try to settle.

All of this lawyer gamesmanship is driving me mad, and I know it goes on on both sides of the fence.

I recently read something regarding when the photo of this ZG came up, it supposedly was when Det. Allen and Det Melich were driving FCA over to Universal-it was a photocopy of ZG DL, not just a photo. I'm not sure, but I think FCA went back home after this, for a couple of hours and apparent, imo, she told somebody, possibly CA while home about the photo-then we zoom ahead to the jail video. For a long time it was a flipflop as to who was doing what to whom, but to me, it seemed like FCA was sort of setting up CA, but more than likely CA forgot some details and went ahead with her media blitz and calling out ZG. I think they both should be sued because both used the name, but CA put it out to the media. Surely she had to have known the repercussions on everything she had said because then she shored up her home and everything she and GA owned(she added him in, at this time, to the mortgage) into a foundation-That was a very strategic move, they make money and nobody can sue them. these people are not as stupid as people may think.

More than anything, I'd sure love to know the real story of how FCA arrived at the Sawgrass/ZG connection. According to TL, he and FCA were busy that whole day. I want to hear the truthful words from FCA or another A-I want to see M and M burn them down.

I just watched the video and after only seeing that little bit of her deposition I am finally convinced that she has a legitimate case. Yes, early on I had my doubts about bringing forward this suit, but what I just saw was "truth", unequivocal truth. This woman has been injured by Casey's lies...and I for one would love to hear from Casey's own mouth, "why"...why Zenaida? For those who doubt that this is THE ZFG...there will be no convincing. But, IMVHO there is a connection between this woman who signed the visitor's card at Sawgrass Apartments and Casey's "kidnapper". Casey never did say it was a lie. She stuck with that story to the very last word WE heard...the very last word her parents heard...the very last word the world heard. The only one who told us otherwise was her attorney...and IMPO...his version of events was the biggest lie of all.

What makes it worse is that if KC and her attorney knew that they were going to claim Caylee drowned they made ZG wait 3 years before admitting there was never a nanny. I hope the jury gets this one right. jmo
