ZFG Civil Case: Casey's Deposition #2

It really bothers me that people poke fun at this woman. She is an innocent person who was hurt by FKC's lies lies lies. THIS woman was the one that went to Sawgrass apartments and HER name was on those records. She was threatend and so was her family, her children. The A's could have cleared her name but wouldn't...why? It just doesnt make sense. And all of this talk about a 10, Shes not a 10. That burns me up.... Is there some kind of legal guidelines that a person has to fit to be a 10?? I'm sure this woman has more heart than most people out there. I have many Latino/ Hispanic friends and they are the hardest working, family oriented people. They love their families so much and work so hard to provide everything they possibly can for them.

I believe she is entitiled to sue...

For The A_____s to have sat there that day, and pointed their fingers at her and told her point blank that she was not a "10", was absolutly arragant and rude.

Money and beauty is what drives them all, and it chaps my azz royally for those words, and that clip to be played over and over again.

I can't imagine the ridicule, that that statement alone, has brought to ZFG's children, and how hurtful it was to her.

As if the A______s have the market on beauty and all things "10".

The depo...in order for fca and JB to make any money on an interview, it is imperative that fca not be seen at all, until she is seen in an interview. They have to keep the "what's she look like now" suspense going.
She could sell the interview overseas, the European market would probably buy it. www.dailymail.co.uk was one of the 1st to post info the morning fca was released & I think were the 1st to post the photos of her leaving jail with JB.

It's on like Donkey Kong! Besides, if I lose, I've developed quite the taste for crow during the course of this trial.......:crazy:

ok - haven't read this whole thread, but did scan this page (5) to see if this has been mentioned. Friends with Beth Karas on Facebook and this is what she has to say:

Casey Anthony will be deposed via video from a secret location on October 8 in the defamation suit by Zenaida Gonzalez. Judge Lisa Munyon rescheduled the trial for April 9, 2012. Casey's attorney, Charles Greene, says his client will assert her 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination since her misdemeanor convictions will be appealed. Gonzalez's attorney says she has no 5th Amendment right. Judge Munyon will likely decide that issue on or about October8.

Oh yes,can't you just imagine the promos? Casey in shadow saying something provocative to suck viewers in? Or a scene of the back of her chair and just a bit of her hair showing. They could start the promos months in advance building up the tension. Coming this Spring ,the world will finally see blah,blah blah!

I am starting to believe that all of this DT noise about security issues for the ZFG Depo is just to ensure that FCA is not seen or photographed by the media coming or going.

It is ridiculous to believe that someone is going to attack FCA during the Depo or en-route. Folks were inflamed and protesting outside the A's house but FCA came and went to JB's office with minimal security -- one guy driving the car.

They are pushing the security issues to, as follows:

• Gain special treatment and handling for FCA
• Hype FCA up in the public's mind (when she is no-one)
• Create secrecy to keep her interview and photos price high

That's what I was always thought also - that in a civil suit, a person could not use the 5th ammendment; which is the reasons that B___z and team used prior for the reasons that they wanted this delayed in the first place!

Didn't Richard H verify this for us at one time also??

I think it's ridiculous that Judge Munyon is allowing this depo to be recorded at a secret location. But ya know, if KC wants to hide for the rest of her life, then we'll see how that all pans out in the long run.

An appeal has not been granted and a verdict was found in the criminal case so she should not have the right to plead the 5th. This will set the presidence for all future civil cases where parties can refuse to answer questions because at some point in their lives, they MAY be involved in a criminal case to therefore they don't have to answer. What is happening to our justice system?

I am very confused by all this - is there something else we don't know? I feel like there is a piece missing here.

I think, and someone correct me if I am wrong, the appeal on the lieing convictions is in progress so if that is the case, anything pertaining to those lies could incriminate her, thus the fifth? I HOPE I am wrong.....

Me too, OT but it does look like Dr Phil grills the A's during the interview in the few seconds of it that we get to see during the commercials that play constantly. Another thing that makes me sick! Why are they so special? I won't watch because I know it's a tease and CA and GA will get to spew their garbage and I think if I heard them say just one time that FCA was not quilty my blood pressure would go sky high and I might have to fling my tv out the window!! Plus, it's BLOOD MONEY! I'm sure that's how they got their new Jeep and will allow them to sit on their arses indefinitely and support the "baby killer". This is so NOT FAIR

Please don't let that Dr. Phil promo fool you. They got tons of e-mail blasting the show for having the Anthony's on because they lie. They know they had to show Dr. Phil being harsh with the Anthony's in order to get their viewers back.Who wouldn't love to see someone finally challenge them?
BUT They paid for this interview to get high ratings. High ratings brings in more money for the show from ads.
Dr. Phil is famous for back pedaling. He'll turn it around and be sympathetic ."I don't think you're a bad person,you just ended up in a bad situation" :sick:

Anything of interest said on the show will be reported .We won't miss anything by not watching ,IMO.

I'm waiting for the depos to be done to see if Morgan attaches Cindy to the suit. You better believe he's watching every interview to hear what they have to say ,now.

I believe you are right and that was the whole point of the appeal - well that and the States case coming up tomorrow...Stall, stall stall - the Baez specialty. And same answer to your above comment - HHJP very carefully explained at sentencing why it was four distinct lies. Jose Stall Baez....

IIRC LE said that KC did not identify this as THE ZFG. M&M stated emphatically after CA's deposition with them, that this was definately not the ZFG. The ZFG is one of KC's imaginary friends, and the description of her imaginary friend is nowhere close to this person who is CZG.

I will apologize for poking fun at her, sorry. It is my opinion, however, that this is a frivolous lawsuit. KC did make up a name, ZFG, and why the police investigated someone named CFG, and the media jumped all over it, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. M&M grabbed her up, and this just continued her publicity.
