I think it's ridiculous that Judge Munyon is allowing this depo to be recorded at a secret location. But ya know, if KC wants to hide for the rest of her life, then we'll see how that all pans out in the long run.

Exactly!!! I wonder how far and how long the Courts and legal system will bend over backwards to accomodate FCA with 'special treatment'?

On the one hand it is claimed that FCA is only guilty of check fraud and, as such, should not be punished harshly ... on the other we are making 'special' concessions weekly to accomodate a 'child killer' who is disliked.

It seems that FCA can have it BOTH ways.

FCA needs to integrate back into society and any perceived security needs should be dealt with privately by her handlers ... it should not be the Court's or the State's concern.

FCA needs to be held to account ... just like everyone else -- how much longer are the DT going to milk a 'special status' for FCA? For as long as the Court's fear being implicated in any incident.

Oh yes,can't you just imagine the promos? Casey in shadow saying something provocative to suck viewers in? Or a scene of the back of her chair and just a bit of her hair showing. They could start the promos months in advance building up the tension. Coming this Spring ,the world will finally see blah,blah blah!

Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy! Secret location? The more special treatment she gets and the more they hype up the so-called "danger" the princess is in, the more people want to off her. These people are creating the danger and, it almost seems like, hoping for a negative outcome.

When she went out and spent money and went shopping she wasn't worried about being found out and now she is afraid??? She is getting away with so many things, she has made a mockery out of the justice system and the people of Florida! Who are they voting for? I bet if people started protesting and target the people who are running for re-election things will start to change!!

IIRC LE said that KC did not identify this as THE ZFG. M&M stated emphatically after CA's deposition with them, that this was definately not the ZFG. The ZFG is one of KC's imaginary friends, and the description of her imaginary friend is nowhere close to this person who is CZG.

I will apologize for poking fun at her, sorry. It is my opinion, however, that this is a frivolous lawsuit. KC did make up a name, ZFG, and why the police investigated someone named CFG, and the media jumped all over it, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. M&M grabbed her up, and this just continued her publicity.

As always, my entire post is my opinion only.

She was the only ZG associated with the Sawgrass apartments. LE went looking for her. She didn't go to LE. Because of what fca said the media and masses pinpointed her as "the Nanny" that kidnapped Caylee. Regardless of the fact that she was never Caylee's Nanny, that fca did or did not make up the name or even if it's a freak 1 in a million coincidence that this woman went to Sawgrass Apartments where the made up ZG went, driving her car same as the made up Nanny drove - fca, by her lies, implicated this woman with the kidnapping and death of Caylee. This woman has a case and I hope she gets a lot of money...enough money that she can stay home and not work and take care of her children and buy a new car and can get a manicure every week etc etc etc And then write a book and make more money off of fca's lies -

I think the problem with jury selection is finding 12 people in florida willing to face public outrage if they screw it up, willing to be suquestered, and of course :floorlaugh: impartial. I know there are some posters who think the lawsuit is frivilous and will never win. I disagree. Even if it were "frivilous", it's Casey Anthony, and I'd venture to guess there are MANY who'd like to see her iviscerated, to say the least. I'd also bet no matter what the evidence in the trial says, even if she's keeps shut up the entire time, she will lose. Those jurors saw what happened to the criminal jury when they aquited her, think people are lining up to face "that"? Public outrage, job loss, facebook hate pages, denial to restaurants, etc.... Now, the question - is that justice? Probably not in the legal sence; but hey - lady justice left the building on July 5, 2001 on an extended vacation.....:sick:

..as for the jury in the civil trial, john morgan has said it will be a jury of 6, with 2 alternates. ( maybe that's standard in a civil case..)

Exactly! Question I have that someone may know the answer to....When did anyone ever hear the full name ZFG? FKC always referred to her as Zanny. Just wondering when they( the Ants or anyone else assoicated) first heard the full name?

I am starting to believe that all of this DT noise about security issues for the ZFG Depo is just to ensure that FCA is not seen or photographed by the media coming or going.

It is ridiculous to believe that someone is going to attack FCA during the Depo or en-route. Folks were inflamed and protesting outside the A's house but FCA came and went to JB's office with minimal security -- one guy driving the car.

They are pushing the security issues to, as follows:

• Gain special treatment and handling for FCA
• Hype FCA up in the public's mind (when she is no-one)
• Create secrecy to keep her interview and photos price high

Contrast KC's treatment to that of truly innocents victims (who are both INNOCENT and real VICTIMS) of domestic abuse and/or stalking who go to law enforcement begging for protection because they are being threatened SPECIFICALLY and pretty sure they are about to be severely harmed or killed. Often they are told to get a restraining order, are given one and next thing are beaten, maimed or killed. Said it before, will say it again. I want to see these SPECIFIC threats against KC, to be told EXACTLY what, where and who. If people are making them, they should be found and prosecuted to the full extent of any crime (although we've seen how that can turn out in FL.) Until then, you won't convince me that most of this "poor in-danger KC" isn't just more defense and justice system puffery! As far as I can tell, the DT considers anyone who disagrees with the verdict and voices that discontent to be a threat. Heck of an intellectual position for DEFENSE attorneys to take, isn't it? Indefensible, especially when we remember the only person who has been proven to have been in actual danger in any of this is little Caylee who was found scattered in a swamp.

It benefits her BIG TIME. :banghead: While her four counts of lieing conviction is waiting for appeal, she MAY LIKELY plead the 5th ammendment to not incriminate herself in that CRIMINAL trial and not answer any questions in a civil deposition (any incliding ZFG) because all of the deposition questions relating to ZFG stem back from the lies in the lieing conviction. The judge is going to rule on this issue, and I'd bet, just my opinion, she is going to side with the defence.:banghead::sick:

yup - I just went back and read thru the first "appeals" thread - I totally get how it's a legal maneuver that impacts not only the civil case, but the $ case as well. I was being a bit vague and overly philosophical - she's got the felony convictions these "misdemeanors" wouldn't even need to be noted on a job application... I was questioning the credibility of the appeal.

I have to disagree with those who think FCA is hopping mad and being an obnoxious albatross. Here's my logic, and opinion: If she wanted "out" so bad and to make money, all she has to do is tell her DT to pound sand, go make up with mom and dad (who I bet dollars to doughnuts would take her back) and set up her own photo ops, interviews, etc..... Keep all the cash for herself. No, I don't think she at all honked off about anything but probation....:twocents:
