Just a note to all..Orlando TV station has a hearing set for Sept. 28 in front of Judge Perry. They want videos released, especially the one showing the felons reaction when they found Caylees remains.
Todays hearing was a joke.....

Aren't there two reactions? The first one, Casey is told the remains are found at a different location than the swamp and she basically just smirks. Then they tell her the remains were found in the swamp and she totally flips. I remember hearing Tracy McLaughlin say this about both reactions on his show.

So we have another disgraceful judge buying into the nonsense of the DT, more special treatment for FCA and Mr. Morgan is being hamstrung and having his time limited. Great. Usually convicted felons have a harder time in life than those without convictions. Not in FL!

I can't see the benefit either.. Her sentence for the 4 misdemeanors was essentially "time served" and poof, she was out of jail. The only thing I can see benefiting her overall is that it lets her stall the civil suit... Waaa waaa waaa.. My client can't testify because it might endanger her appeal case.. Are they hoping that Morgan and Ms Gonzales will just get tired of waiting and go away??

..whoever it was that said earlier that they didn't think we could do worse than judge rodriguez was right! this judge munyon is driving me crazy already with the special treatment she's giving the felon.

Just read about it. The last I heard, the credibility of the 'death threats' were being investigated. Has anybody heard if they've been proven credible or not? For all that's not been said about them, how do we know CM and JB didn't make them up? To not even let the attorney's of ZG in the same room with her is getting to be a little much.

..as for the jury in the civil trial, john morgan has said it will be a jury of 6, with 2 alternates. ( maybe that's standard in a civil case..)

..exactly--this particular zenaida gonzales is the one whose life was affected, i wish that idiot charles greene would get that.

I'm sure that Greene "gets it".. But he's going to pretend he doesn't because if he even came close to admitting he understands what the REAL ZG went through, he blows the case for his client.

Yes ... because FCA is 'special' we have a Judge setting the parameters for a Depo in a civil lawsuit and limiting what the prosecuting attorney's can do. :waitasec: WTH

FCA and the A's are creating a LOT of precedents within the Florida legal system, she has done since Day 31. FCA is doing so based on taxpayer $$$$s. :waitasec:

That's what I was always thought also - that in a civil suit, a person could not use the 5th ammendment; which is the reasons that B___z and team used prior for the reasons that they wanted this delayed in the first place!

Didn't Richard H verify this for us at one time also??

Now I could be wrong...after all, I don't have the experience in the civil arena.

I really really doubt that Richard H verified that information.

There's been a lot of going back & forth on the issue of invoking the 5th amendment during a deposition.

I'm pretty sure it boils down to one glaring fact.

You don't check the Constitution at the door when you go to a depo.

You don't pick it up on the way out.

The technical act of skyping the deposition will also fail to obliterate any portion of that same Constitution.

Nah..you made me laugh. I'm such a doofus I was shocked when I heard the words "jury selection". I just assumed it would be in front of a judge. Thank goodness it's not just up to this judge...she would have ZG pay FCA!

I don't know....then why didn't CA or GA plead the 5th in their ZG depo? Especially CA because a lot of the questions had to do with her knowledge. Every time she refused to answer the question BC would tell her she had to answer. She was threatened with contempt IIRC

Come on :seeya: This is the Zeneida Casey was hoping would throw police off and they would believe her story.
Casey probably expected THIS Zeneida to be living at Sawgrass by the time she told LE that's where she left Caylee. Well, Zeneida didn't end up getting an apt. there after looking ,so Casey's plan fell apart.

Miracles - thank you. I don't think we're questioning the constitutionality as much as we are the "what would she be incriminating herself on" - the STORY IS (realizing the lies are not what's being litigated her) on record. Oh and I'm having a very vague day so I hope this made sense.

I would expect the DOC to investigate ,since Casey has requested special consideration for her safety. I would expect the DOC would want to verify that claim before granting special treatment.
I would expect Judge Munyon to require proof beyond a non-scientific poll that claims Casey is the most hated person in America.

What I would expect and what actually happens have not been in been in sync lately,so most likely Casey will continue to get special favors.
