I really hope that civil judge wises up and realizes that she bent over backwards for FCA's safety and FCA crapped on it by still wearing a disguise. It's so ridiculous!

It's not as if KC was in the same room as Morgan so why the disguise. I certainly hope they had her take off her glasses to verify it was her. I don't think Atty Greene would do something like that but then I never saw JB's OS coming either. lol

Well, KC did say she hates clowns (jailhouse letters) so maybe she thought there might be a few at the deposition. Her side, of course.

I have to tell you I watched "First Wives Club" last night with Bette, Goldie and Diane K. Goldie had collagen put in her lips to puff them out. When I read this morning that MattMorgan said, "she looked different" that was all I could think of was Goldie and her lips. I know, I'm a little demented, but that's okay. lol

Casey did say that, on day one. It's in the initial police reports. LE pulled up pictures of all the ZG's in the system and showed them to Casey. Casey denied it being this particular ZG - who did not match the description Casey gave of 'the ZFG.'

Hmmm.. I wonder why she would invoke the fifth if, as her own defense presented, her child innocently drowned. If she is such as a good person, as the DT relentlessly tried to sell us, and most importantly if she is INNOCENT, as they claim, it seems as though she would take up every opportunity presented to her to proclaim that innocence. If I were wrongly accused of murdering my child, I would be screaming it from the rooftops every single chance I got. But hey, that is what any person would likely do, if they were in fact INNOCENT. The only reason a person invokes the 5th, IMO is because they are not..

There is nothing she can do IMO to make the general public detest her anymore at this point. She should have just put on her big girl panties and answered the stinking questions to clear the air once and for all. But alas, this is Casey Anthony we are talking about after all.

Funny that her defense team was so caught up at first with salvaging her tainted reputation yet in the end her true colors seep right on through. Caylee Marie will continue to outshine the felon.. today, tomorrow and always

I think the disguise was to hide her current look as well as maintain that exclusive, in case FCA gets to sell her image again or that interview.

They are always focused on cashing in versus the truth.

FCA was also probably so angry that she had to finally attend this Depo, that her boys could not get her off ... That she needed to hide her anger but it was shown with the flared nostrils.

FCA is not winning any sympathy or supporters, quite the opposite. If this is/was not a big deal and it was just an accident then why not tell the truth, clear the matter up and, if needed take the $15,000 hit and move on. How much is it costing her attorney's to fight and play these games?

Miss Anthony has issues with the truth and while her team suggests she recognizes she was immature ... She cannot reconcile the truth to move on so is trapped in her lies.

"You could see where there's points where she starts to hyperventilate, nostrils flaring. But there was never an outburst," he told Reuters.

Anthony's attorney could not be reached for comment.

Anthony's attire took lawyers and the court reporter in Morgan's office by surprise, he said.

"She was wearing a Phillies baseball hat. It looked like a wig -- I don't know if it was -- very thick black hair, long ponytail around her shoulder. She had these Dolce & Gabbana big, huge sunglasses on and a T-shirt," Morgan said. "The court reporter kinda gasped."

I do agree that M&M know the connection between KC and ZFG. There's more here than we know IMO.

There was an Oprah show a long time ago about fashion mistakes and someone used the comment "somebody lied to her" assuming the lady asked somebody how she looked and they said "fine" when it really wasn't.

I am giggling at the thought that somebody lied to KC! After all, she's lied to everybody!

ITA! If Casey is truly innocent, there would be no need to invoke the 5th amendment. By taking the 5th, she only underscores the fact that she was found "not guilty", but she certainly wasn't deemed innocent and never will be!

Speaking of...I wonder if she has ever considered that after making that $200,000 if she had only confessed that it was an accidential drowning and she panicked and tried to make it look as if Caylee was kidnapped that she would have been able to keep most of that $200,000 for herself instead of JB insisting that she wait until the trial to tell the.....ahem.....the truth.

So, essentially the only one who made out like a bandit was JB. She stayed in jail for three years and he got all the money. She probably would have had a better chance to sell her story 3 years ago than she has now. jmo

I love how some are twisting this deposition and even the whole civil case to make Casey look better. Seriously? How many people has this woman destroyed and mowed over since we knew of her? She doesn't care two bits about the destruction in her wake. And somehow it's wrong for those who were harmed to try to take a bite out of her even if they never see any money? So Casey should be free to harm whoever she wants because she's broke? That makes no sense to me. She's broke because she's a liar and a thief and refuses to live a normal life like anyone else would.

The fact is, ZG's life was very affected by Casey and her lies, which were propagated by her own her mother. Casey is LIAR. Nothing that comes out of her mouth can be trusted. So she says ZG is not the one, and some are choosing to BELIEVE CASEY? Seriously? Since when has any amount of truth EVER come out of her mouth? Why does everyone else have to be greedy moneymongers looking for a bit fame? Casey brought this on herself, so she should suck it up and deal with it. God. There are victims being denigrated here, and for what if not Casey? Like she deserves any sympathy or to NOT have these people get back at her for destroying their lives to save her unworthy one?

She deserves everything she gets. Everything. I hope everyone who ever had contact with her sues her into oblivion.
