ZFG Civil Case: Casey's Deposition #2

I was here...IMPO there wasn't anything really negative to say about ZG. She was this poor woman who was caught up in an ugly lie. However, I do remember folks all over the place stating she should sue. lol

No kidding. I was here too, and I don't ever remember anything negative about ZG. Most were very supportive of her. If there was anything negative, it was few and far between.

Casey is a liar. Mothers aren't going to be afraid to tell police the TRUTH if their child is kidnapped. It's ridiculous to say that ZG's case would have any affect on mothers being afraid to go to the police. Casey LIED. She DESTROYED lives and should PAY for it. She is the one acting crazy and had her lawyer put ZG through 12 HOURS of a deposition, and somehow ZG is in the wrong because her dang middle name doesn't match? Good Lord.

Casey is good at putting lies together, but not at making up every last detail. Read her jailhouse letters. She sounds like a kook. She can't tell good story to save her life. She HAS to steal from real life, twist it, and hope it works. That's how she is. She STOLE information about ZG from Sawgrass, and wove it into her LIE about what happened to Caylee. What, she should be REWARDED for coming up with a good lie that hurt someone? Am I in some alternate universe here?

ZG is a VICTIM, and it's a shame that some posters have to come on her and bash her and make her out to be a money monger. Well, what the heck is Casey then? She won't get a job. She wants to play hide and seek until her great big payday that is never coming. She's a thief, liar, and a MURDERER. I say ANYONE she lied about should sue the pants off of her.

If we learn anything, it's not to be LIAR and LIE to police when something bad happens to the ones we love. It's that we shouldn't destroy lives with our LIES and then trash the other person when they stand up to those lies. Unbeliveable that some people STILL choose to do that. All my incensed opinion. :furious:

Obviously it's scary that a mother would lie about her child's whereabouts, especially when LE has already discovered that the mother's entire life story is nothing but lies. Regardless, LE needs to check out all potential leads, and that would certainly include a person with a name similar to the accused kidnapper's name - even knowing that the kidnapping story is BS. I can understand being upset, I'd be upset too, but I wouldn't sell my story to the media and then sue because people knew who I was. I wouldn't want to do anything that might cause mother's in the future to be afraid to tell LE who took their child.

If it's being reported by the grandmother on national tv that KC never saw a picture of ZG than the most logical place for ZG to go is to the media to try and get the truth out. There is nothing illogical about that. When a normal mother loses a child the first thing she will do is call 911. That is normal. That will never change. And if the mother knows who has the child she will tell them. That also will never change. We make decisions that affect our own lives without really thinking at the time about civil cases in the news. When you are panic stricken it's human nature to call 911. Big red flag the criminal jury missed. jmo

That and CA's perjury!! What the heck did the jury think THAT was about? Casey looks up chloroform on the computer and then lo and behold high levels of the same substance were found in the trunk of her car...and they don't see this as evidence? Cindy is proven to be a liar and they don't make the connection to the reason why she lied? Not much of stretch then to see why Cindy lied about the nanny...but ZG shouldn't take any of it personally?

At the end of the day ZFG is a lie. Fernandez is a lie. What matters is that KC's lies have affected the life of a totally innocent person and those lies did not stop at her mere statement to LE, they continued out into the public when CA repeated what her daughter had told her that KC was not shown pictures by LE and she was not going to clear that woman from Kississmee.

Plus how will Atty Greene argue this case. This was not the person my client was lying about because the person does not exist. ZG was not the only victum of KC's lies. ZG just had the courage to go after her. She deserves her day in court to get whatever satisfaction she desires. She's waited patiently for 3 years. JB said it himself, "justice delayed is justice denied." jmo

I'd like to know where the heck the depo is...for an attorney to come out and state something like that...you'd think he'd be rushing the transcript to the media.

What did they think she wanted - a heartfelt apology from Casey or Cindy for the anguish she has suffered ? I hope they slap her with punitive damages too for good measure..

If the public choose to believe that Z?G, who was not young, not childless, not wealthy, not a nanny, not tattoo-less, not 'a 10', cleared by LE, and not accused by Casey was the ZFG that Casey described, that fault lies with the public. Maybe the public shouldn't react so quickly without knowing all the facts next time.

I believe she did describe ZG as having a tattoo, like the one George's mistress had down her arm... and being a "10" is a totally subjective judgement, nothing the police are going to dismiss someone or charge them based on. I happen to think that based on her inner person ZG is a 10, unlike Casey & Cindy!!!:twocents:

Sorry:hand:, NOT buying it!!!:snooty: Casey clearly had enough details of this particular woman's life that it was not a coincidence. This Zenaida Gonzalez was threatened with eviction, lost her job, and received death threats all because Casey chose her name on which to give a real name to "Zanny" and base her lies upon, which was probably the Xanax she'd been giving Caylee. When Casey was cornered into her lies by LE- she sent them on a wild goose chase and then changed details of ZG's life and said "she's not a 10!". This is not publically denying that ZF-G kidnapped/harmed Caylee. How could this have happened and why if in reality Caylee drowned???
P.S. How do you defend Cindy getting on national television and proclaiming Zenaida Gonzalez as the kidnapper, particularly when Cindy wasn't willing to physically go and search for Caylee herself???

She wasn't. According to her attorney, Z(no F)G was 'between jobs" at the time. Some people here claim Z(no F)G was about to start a job that she was fired from, but that seems to be a rumor.

Actually we never heard FCA say she was a 10. We only heard her parents claim she said that. All we heard was she has curly hair worn straight..hello! It's called a straightener (as she adjusted to her mistake)

It is not a rumor as ZG explained what happened in her interview with the media. The link has been provided numerous times throughout this thread and if anyone is interested they can do a search or just wait for the trial when the evidence is presented. To date M&M still maintains she lost her job so that would be a confirmation. ZG was not fired, she was just not permitted to report to her new position because of all the media attention.

Again, this is a issue we have discussed/rediscussed over and over and ZG did state to the media what happened with her job. It's not a rumor but it is based on a statement by ZG. There was no statement given by the employer, however, and I would guess the reason being they did not want any media attention. jmo
