Wow, how childish and stupid on the Judge's part and the DT's part. They can supoena her if they can find her? What reason could there possibly be to keep her address secret now? What is the judge thinking? And more games from the DT, as usual. We're back in the schoolyard again. How freaking ridiculous! I bet we'll get news stories now of her being moved from place to place! I hope it's not considered "bashing" Perry to point out that he played along and enabled this ridiculous trend. Her internet posts should be evidence enough that she's not concerned about her "safety" at all.

So Mason says if they find her, "she'll be gone very quickly." Is it an attorney's job to help hide a convicted felon? I thought he and Baez were done with the case?

Baez has withdrawn as OCA's attorney.
Mason is still representing OCA in the Appeal case.
Mason has also attended some Civil Case hearings, he attended today's hearing with Charles Greene.

It's going to be a new reality show. Where in Orlando is Casey Anthony? or Where in Florida is Casey Anthony? (I'm so mad I can't remember if it's Florida she has to stay in or Orlando. I think it's Florida). It's not like she can leave, she's still on probation! I hope Morgan's PI's finds her and nails that subpoena to her chest! I cannot BELIEVE how many breaks she keeps getting! I have never heard in MY LIFE of one person getting so many dang breaks. She and her entire family must have sold their souls and future children to the devil for Casey to have so much DANG luck!!!!! If that's her, she must have had plastic surgery as well. The face is not even remotely the same especially the eyes. I don't believe this is Z(notF)G at all. Look at the body shape. ZG is short and plump. This woman is somewhat taller and has a nice figure 8 shape. No way is this her.

I don't believe she had cosmetic surgery but she did get a make-over.

I think of the women who have received Make-overs on TV, their transformation is amazing!!

What I see, is a woman who may have lost weight (or not...there is always SPANX), got a haircut & style and possibly a hair colour. She may have had a Facial and make-up application done and VOILA!!!

She could be wearing heels and standing with a straight posture...a good posture will make you look taller...It works for me.

I expect they can serve via greene. if all one had to do to get out of a subpoena was hide under a bridge, in a trailer, or in a cult, nothing would ever get done.

IMO...she won't show up at the Trial and, I feel, it's not only because she does not have to but because OCA does not want to attend and is pressing her Attorneys to make sure she does not have to attend.


Remember she had to be Ordered by Judge Strickland to appear at her Criminal trial hearings because she did not want to attend and had Baez file notices waiving her right to attend the hearing.

I think Mason's comment about Caylee's law being stupid is interesting. What does that mean that there should be no penalty for hiding the fact that your child was disposed by you in a swamp. Or is he implying that it should be none of LE's business what anyone does with their dead child's body and it's perfectly okay to lie about it. It would be interesting to see why he feels it is stupid. jmo

Maybe they have forgotten that's pretty much what happened to Zenaida because of Casey's accusations... at least Zenaida has the courage to show up for depositions and take a 12 hour grilling by Mr Greene- that's more than Casey has done so far!

The depositions were ages ago, before G and C were on the outs with Casey. I have no idea how they feel about it now. For all I know, they may have decided to get on with their lives and put Casey and her problems out of their minds, in order to restore their own sanity.

If past behavior is an indicator of future behavior I'd say they were going to be disrespectful to the plaintiff, contemptuous of the Attorneys and the Court, and they wont care a fig about justice for anyone as long as they can get away with it. Compare their behavior with that of Zenaida regarding this law suit, particularly during her deposition, and it's not the A's who come up smelling of roses.

Did the Judge just take their word for it or would she have asked to see proof...

That is funny. Have to wonder what CA said in the affidavit? Could it be that CA said she has always known her daughter to be a truthful person? Like to see her testify to that in court, along with how LE has victimized her daughter. jmo
