Baez loves the limelight, doesn't he. They are a perfect match. I'd be concerned if I were, God forbid, his wife. FCA is a sedudtress in every sense of the word. He is indebted to her majesty forever if he falls. She sure will be enjoying taking him for a ride.

Methinks the pair have already enjoyed some "riding" ;)

SORRY I CORRECTED TYPOS AND THANKS GONE. i called wesh and they said its a hearing to determine if she has to appear / jose or casey will not be there. only 30 seats mostly media. he said doubt you will get in. so - i will not go . if casey and jose not there watch on tv is ok. jose is at jail now!!

I wonder if jose was commanded to appear by casey.
He's not her attorney for this case, soooo, why is he involved?

Maybe JB is bringing her Caylee's glasses. The one's with the fake nose, mustache and eyebrows.

Did this judge have some early involvement in the murder case? It looks like there are a bunch of negative comments about him relative to CA and DCA around 9/11/09? I don't remember this.

NEVER MIND - these comments related to the prior hearings in this case. I must not have been paying attention to this. They are not very nice comments. What exactly happened back then? Anyone know?

There was a reason she chose Sawgrass and knew which apartment was empty. I say she sneaked a look at TLs computer and found this out. She could have passed herself off as an employee of the company by phone and asked if there were vacancies. She later went over, sat and waited for somebody to view the apt...and eventually ZG showed up.

BBM.

The model apartment that Sawgrass used to show potential renters was not the one that Casey pointed out to Melich. ZG would not have looked at that one.

Just saw ZG on HLN. They are discussing how FCA got her name. IIRC, the company that employed TL was affiliated with Sawgrass Apartments. Also FCA had friends living there.

Casey's pings show that she was not in the area of Sawgrass when Z?G was there.

I love to hear the answers to these questions and more but, I doubt she'll speak until it's on a talk show and for money.

Does anyone think it's possible that maybe george started the affair much EARLIER than publicated? Maybe casey found out about it and to get back at her dad used HER name as to get back at her dad? Sorry....I just can't get that thought out of my head.................WOW AM I A DORK............I NEED TO GET MORE SLEEP never mind me..... BUT I still can't get out of my head FCA telling LA that she feels Caylee is near, and specifically (in my book) says I think she's near hoPE NOT home in their jailhouse video where they are obviously speaking "in code".......

I can't imagine she will appear. I think she thinks she is above the law and will send an att instead. I don't see any justice for Zenida either. Casey and her family have ruined so many lives.

Giving ICA a new identity is like giving a bank robber a special mask and camouflage outfit for his next heist. Her aliases will confound any attempt to a) locate her, and b) force her to appear for anything. I think that in her mind, beating this rap makes everything else small potatoes and not worth even worrying about. For a long time to come, they will play the "but she is in danger" card. So "being in danger" entitles her to special treatment? BTW, I heard Joy Behar (?) ask Dorothy Sims if she would allow ICA to babysit her children. You should've heard the hemming and hawing! Then she went on and practically rehabbed her image to that of Mother Teresa!

George didn't have an affair with Z?G.

Putting on the innocent librarian facade every day is very tiring. Imagine how much effort it takes to pin all that hair up into a prim little bun.

JB probably cooked up the "emotionally drained" excuse. Remember that before the trial, he would curse and say the most awful things privately to Casey while running through the camera gauntlet. But he would simultaneously say something else fit for public consumption. I could see the two of them hatching this latest diversion.
Casey: Just tell them that I, uh.....
JB: . . . am too emotionally exhausted from the trial and all

Among others, this Sims gal has become one of FCA's new enablers--taking the place of her mother, perhaps? This relocation, new identity stuff is getting old fast. I'm sure the issue of threats, etc. is being trumped up so they can whisk her out of there before she opens her mouth again. Why the hurry? She originally thought she'd at least be sentenced to many more years behind bars. What's a few more days for depositions?

probably because all the "potential" daddy's are coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden? Maybe that's what ICA is REALLY afraid of. The REAL dad coming forward. I feel like she is going to be a bad rerun of Maury and "who's your daddy"?:banghead:

Oh, I heard it alright, and I hope millions of others did, too. It was truly a great moment in TV coverage of this whole messy affair. Ms. Sims' facial expressions cracked me up a lot more than anything she said, no matter how inarticulate she was......and that was a lot!

I loved the way Joy kept pressing her for an answer.

Let your DD know that Casey's hair grew @ the same rate as her lying Pinocchio nose did.
Given that hypothesis, it should be wrapped around her ankles by now.

She was lucky in the sense that she didn't go to prison with that long hair. Someone may have choked her to death with it. They could have chalked it up to suicide. The answer would have been simple. "How'd she die?" ***shrugs*** "Hair" case closed. :innocent:

I think they are going to get a note from the psych doctor and get it postponed - But I hope this Judge """legally""" puts his foot down, realizing that DT has been saying they are getting her out of Orlando as soon as she is released and that LE said there are no "credible" threats against FCA
