Did this judge just chicken out? I want HHJBP back. We need to hear from someone in the courthouse! Are they walking around looking for another judge?

I would imagine that HHJBP would be barred from this case since he heard the civil case which convicted Casey on matters inextricably intertwined with this case.

Of course not, because his office did IMO!

That's my guess too.
