ZG Hires Attorney - Lawsuit Against Casey Anthony Part 2

Maybe I need glasses, but the Sawgrass card appears to have been filled out by HG. Also, the C looks to me like a G, like he was beginning to write her last name first.

I think he simply thought her name started with a C instead of a Z, particularly if she tried to spell it out for him. I mean, what sounds more like a Z than a C?

If not that, then remember, although we pronounce the Z as a Z, according to the people here who are fluent, she herself would pronounce it more like Sue-neida. I'm going from memory here, folks.

KC's friend was moving out of Sawgrass apartments, on the very day that Z was there, le was told that the leasing agent came outside to run to catch Z before she pulled off because she forgot to sign her application (not the guest card that the la filled out in their hand). She had NY plates (her son's car). KC could have seen/overheard this exchange and noticed the NY plates. Yes, there are other ladies with that name, but this is the ONLY ONE QUESTIONED BY THE POLICE, THAT WAS AT SAWGRASS APARTMENTS, AND KC SAID SHE IS FROM NEW YORK). At any given time, any one in the family could have said to anyone of the reporters (Cindy said she couldn't sneeze without a camera in her face) that this particular lady who the news was interviewing in shadow, is indeed not THE ONE. At that time the discovery had not been released and the public didn't have the ability to read KC's physical description in her written statement. Did anyone notice that KC's description is different than the description Cindy was relaying in her deposition? Cindy said straight long black hair. Also she added new info that Zanny was Jeff's ex and a perfect 10. They are pulling a Bill Clinton splitting hairs about the difference between lineup/ a David pull up/ a printed photo. I think they started off telling the truth to the FBI and lost their way over these months (George , Cindy and Lee). George lied repeatedly in the deposition, easily provable lies if you watch his FBI and police interviews where he details the 2nd Blanchard Park story. At this point they may feel like they have nothing left to lose. If they believed that there was a person with this name that had their baby, they would have went door to door to each and every one of their addresses , or had DC and JH and Lee go. They never, ever went to one of them. That is the alpha and the omega. Lastly if Cindy had any address at any time she would have tore that entire house and garage apart trying to find it, she never looked. In the text messages you see that Amy and her room mates tore their apartment "inside out, all day long" and all she had lost was money (KC had stolen it). Imagine if you thought you had the address of where your kidnapper once lived, you would call every friend you ever had and ask everyone from the church to help you, you would go through every paper in your home to find that old address book. They never looked. They knew KC was lying. As hard , impossible as it is to admit publicly, they knew. George told the FBI, "If I have lost my granddaughter, I've lost my daughter". George had the decency to apologize to Z at the depo, she and her kids are literally HOMELESS, so yes she has been harmed and it would be impossible to measure how much.

For as long as ZG lives, when people hear her name, they will automatically associate her with that "Nanny who was accused of killing that adorable little girl in Florida" In reply, she can't even say, "Oh no, that was another Zenaida Gonzales who the police found and questioned."
Furthermore, as time goes on and memories fade faster than suspicions, there will be people who swear up and down that "she probably had something to do with that baby's death. How else would the mother have known what kind of car she drove, or that it had New York license plates..." yada, yada, yada.

These are all horrible things to have hanging over her, dark and gloomy things. Casey Anthony brought all that to her.

I guess I might as well confess here and now that even if JM's goal is get incriminating evidence against Casey for the criminal prosecution, I said GOOD! GO FOR IT!

I don't know much Spanish, except that the J is pronounced H , my name is Julia and in Spanish they pronounce it Hoolia, they say Wan for Juan, Hesus rather than Jesus etc.

The two lls together are pronounced like the y sound, while we Gringos say Pa dil la, it really is pronounced Pa dia

often an H at the beginning of a name is silent, we have a town here called Helotes, but some Spanish folks pronounce it Elotess.

It took me a long while to catch on to these little tips , being a "damm yankee", but to the best of my understanding the Z and S are pronounced same in both languages. The leasing agent was likely in a hurry, just chatting, being friendly and filling out the guest card as Miss Gonzalez was filling out her application (the apartments have to check your credit and rental history). I used to be an Escrow Officer and believe me, it is very common in the Hispanic culture to honor the mother's family and your father's family by taking on both names, and even interchanging them over the years when you marry. (It makes tracing titles interesting). So the Zeniada Fernandez Gonzalez is not a traditional "middle name' like the Anglo Saxon culture thinks of middle names , like Lee Alexander Anthony. Who filled out the card, and how quickly is irrelevant. She was the only Zeniada at Sawgrass on that day and KS's first story was she dropped the baby off to Zenaida Gonzalez at Sawgrass. Part of me thinks it is Cindy who is 50% responsible for perpetuating the lie. KC is twisted, check out this image she posted.

Is she? I missed a lot of this, but when I was watching Cindy and George the other night as both were explaining that the woman who brought suit is not the ZG that Casey blamed. (I think Casey described herself, LOL with a few extras thrown in)

My suggestion then was every ZG in Florida should bring suit against her and then let the chips fall where they may, but if she's the only one then it's her. Surely George and Cindy couldn't fight all those depos. I felt so sorry for them but they way they are treating the lawyers and ZG during this depo is disgusting. They are hurting Cindy more than helping her, IMO.

Bumping my own post for those who believe that this Zenaida Gonzalez could not possibly be Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. This is exactly why she could and is. She may not always use both names, doesn't mean it isn't her!

Attorneys for Casey Anthony are expected to ask a judge to dismiss the defamation suit against her next Tuesday.

Friday morning, Gonzalez' attorney Keith Mitnik said he's confident the case will not be dismissed. Mitnik told WESH 2 that they were in the process of amending their original complaint and in Tuesday's hearing will ask that they also be allowed to seek punitive damages against Casey.

"There could be some fireworks," Mitnik said.

Later in the week, another hearing is expected before Judge Jose Rodriguez to determine whether he will order the Anthonys to answer certain questions they would not in their depositions at the offices of Morgan and Morgan last month.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for $15,000 in damages.
