Defense: The prosecution hasn't shown this is the person in question...

Judge just spoke to defense that he will not have sniping in court and to stand when speaking to him..Anything addressed about speak of another attorney you need to approach the bench and there will be no back and forth..

Prosecution:

ZFG is innocent of all charges.

KC said she was at Sawgrass and she said ZFG was the one who took Caylee.
KC has friends at Sawgrass and sent police to Sawgrass. She was the only ZFG at Sawgrass..

KC identified ZFG..When police went after the only ZFG involved with Sawgrass KC changed her story..

KC can not engage in discovery because she is looking at a needle in the other case..

Judge saying he has to re submit the issue of delay for it to be considered.

I think the judge basically is saying he was naive when he ruled that the written answers were ok. Expected each answer to be seriously considered.

Ruled in favor amended complaint. Punitive damages allowed.

Ok, i have no idea what happened. The judge allowed for punitive damages. Does that address cindy and george's failure to answer questions? Does that mean george and cindy will have to pay for not answering questions?
