I wonder how KC came up with ZG's name. Thats not a common name. KC had to have known her somehow someway. You might come up with a Joe Smith but not a ZG. I am in no way saying ZG is to blame, I am just wondering how KC came up with that name. Honestly, I can't keep up with all the threads so until I read about the lawsuit, I thought KC made up that name. I had no idea ZG was a real person.

She saw, or heard about, that card from her friends who live at Sawgrass.

My guess is she found out the prsonal details on MySpace.

I think it's a good thing also but Casey has nothing to sue for. I think she needs to amend it to the parents also since they are bad-mouthing Zani the Nanny also.

I'm with all who are in favor if this lawsuit going forward. There are going to be many deals coming down the pike and I for one, don't want the Anthony's benefiting a dime.

I would also like to add here that when I spoke with ZG she stated to me that Globe and a few others wanted to pay her for her story but she has not acted upon that .

I think this says allot , living in a motel room with 2 children , jobless and struggling , not knowing where their next meal maybe coming from .

If she was only interested in cashing in , she would have done so already .

KC didn't know the media would report the woman's name, when she made up her phoney report?

She didn't know ANY of this would get so blown out of the water by the media. NEITHER did ANYONE else lol. This is the most exaustive media case I have seen in my life.

ZG's attorney appears to have a lot of incorrect information. He did not say that ZG drives a 2008 Ford Focus. ZG did not say that in her interview either. She said she drives a silver car.

Atty Morgan said that the police said Casey named the two children. Casey told the police that ZG has NO children. The latest fairy tale was not told to LE so even if Casey did give the children names - which we have no way of knowing - she didn't give them to LE.

I will try and find it when I have time, I believe there was a letter sent to LE by LEE stating the names of her children, supposedly after HE did some of his own research. I don't think Casey herself provided this directly and I don't think anything was said on where Lee got the information from.

I just don't see how ZG will win....Casey specifically said, when shown ZG's pic, that it was not the ZG she was referring to. Even if Casey used her place of residence and names of her children in her lies, when shown a pic...she said it wasn't her. Sounds to me like ZG should be suing the media?

BH, respectfully, please read back through the thread. We've kinda whipped that pony into submission. Why would KC ever identify a picture of any ZG? If she had said to LE, 'yep, that's her,' poof! The kidnapping theory which changed to the Blanchard park theory which has changed to the Puerto Rico theory couldn't have spun the way they have. So, no, she would never, ever identify any ZG; no way; no how.

You guys are demonstrating why she should go to court. Our adversarial system is based on arguments for and against the complaint. You all are making arguments on each side and that is exactly what court is for.. The better argument will prevail.
I think this is going to be an interesting case if it makes it to trial.

ZG has done 2 interviews with Ch 6 with her face hidden and received $0 Zip.......NOTHING for her story. How has she made a quick buck or 15 minutes of fame ??

Yippy! Hey, Irish -- let's start a poll. Who do you think would pass? My money's on Z! (And I seem to never be able to get their videos to load, btw.) Of course, by no stretch of the imagination would KC agree. She won't even take a poly regarding her missing child. Which would you think is more important -- disproving Z's allegations, or telling the true about what happened to Caylee?

The media didn't fabricate the details of the accusation-- KC did. The media didn't plug in identifyable details, a name and a specific location. KC did.

The media DID report the details of the accusation, like it does with all kidnappings. They also reported that KC said she didn't know the ZG in the photo.

So, the media is not at fault.

The media did not make anything up or falsely accuse anyone. KC did.

That she said she doesn't know the ZG in the photo makes no difference, for a lot of people. KC has changed her story several times, and has said she doesn't dare identify KC, because she fears for Caylee's safety.

There are people on THIS w/s, who still believe ZG has Caylee. Check out the threads! And, we are MUCH more knowledgeable than the average guy on the street. The guy on the street is the "reasonable man" standard. The public is NOT obligated to follow all the twists and turns of KC's stories.

KC pointed the finger, and we now have fhe fallout. The media did nothing wrong. KC did.

Eyewitness News uncovered new information about who's cashing in on the Casey Anthony case. Sources extremely close to the family told Eyewitness News that the Anthonys have signed a $2 million movie deal with the Lifetime Movie Network.

Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez made bounty hunter Leonard Padilla sign away any dibs on movie or book deals.

Padilla said Baez is counting on money from the entertainment industry because Casey has no money to pay him, but the Lifetime Movie Network said there is no deal and Baez's PR firm won't answer any questions.
