Yeah, we may be in the minority, but I totally agree with you. This particular ZG has not been implicated by either OCSO or KC. So, should all the other ZGs in Central FL or the whole state (or even the entire US) file suit as well?

I personally think this is a person who is just trying to see how she can benefit from this awful situation. The comments about the attorney being an "ambulance-chaser" substantiates this, for me.

She was not working at the time Caylee went missing according to her attorney and is not working now. It was reported that jobs were offered to her after her last interview - why isn't she working? Casey did not accuse ZG of being THE ZFG, she specifically said she wasn't. If people found ZG's myspace and left hate mail, that's not Casey's fault unless she was one of the people who left a message. Let's put the blame where it really belongs - on the people who intruded into every aspect of this woman's life AFTER being told that she had no part in whatever happened to Caylee.

Casey named ZG, she named Sawgrass, she named the type of car ZG drove which singled this ZG out and caused her to be investigated by LE. I would think the attorney would take everything into consideration before taking the case. I say way to go ZG!!!!

Why not? People have won lawsuits for RESEMBLING fictional characters.

More then that , her phone number was in those 400 pgs of documents. She's gotten calls in the middle of the night saying " they were going to do to her & her kids what she did to Caylee" "where is Caylee , what did you do with her "

As it turns out, the real Zenaida Gonzalez who saw the apartment at the Sawgrass Apartments really has two children with the names that Casey has indicated and drives a car which is the ones that Casey described in the park.
Zenaida has now hired a high profile attorney and is suing Casey for defamation.
It seems that Casey must have known of this Zenaida or knew someone who knew her, and knew that she looked at the apartment on June 17 and wrote on an application the names of two of her children. Casey has used this woman identity when in fact Casey did not know her.

KC is a very skilled identity thief.

KC will not have to testify in the criminal case but she will have to be deposed and answer questions in the civil case. May be the closest thing we get to some answers from her...which probably won't make any sense, but still.

I do not personally think she will prevail. But I am curious to see how this case will proceed. I think she may certainly have grounds and I also think she has been harmed, but proving it will be another story. Just because she is a victim now, I hope she doesn't stay a victim forever.

to bad Casey dosen' t have any money or assests this lady I think deserves something for whats she has been thru, I saw the interview that a local Orlando station done with her in black out. She said it had been terrible trying to explain to her children that she was not a bad person and had not kidnapped Caylee, which is what they were hearing on the news, Casey hurt alot of people but Caylee the most
