I’m out of the age group for the smallpox vaccine so I don’t know how many vaccines were in that series, but MMR is a two dose series in the child vaccination schedule.
The muscle aches started today and my whole body has been in pain. I never experienced this symptom with my previous infections so I’ve been essentially bedridden because it hurts to move. My taste is also gone again.

Ever since getting the original strain in March 2020, my immune system has been crap. I developed asthma after my second infection and I’m susceptible to pretty much all respiratory infections. I initially thought I had a cold before deciding to test myself yesterday.
They think that because it’s not COVID, they can just bring their sick child everywhere. I’ve been to two grocery stores this week and there were sick kids all around! Like keep them at home please!
I’m young and had what would have been described as a mild case, but it was definitely more than just a little flu. I was sick from March-April 2020 and I had never been sicker in my life.
My second and third infections weren’t as bad, with the third feeling more like a mild flu/bad head cold.
I agree. My brother is in public school this year (after being homeschooled for 5 years) and he’s already brought TWO colds home and the school year just started!
I managed to avoid the first cold, but I got hit with the second one and I hate it.
