My first thought is that could be the birthdate of a child (likely the first born) but of course it could also be the date of a different personal event. The heart being green as opposed to blue or pink is interesting. Green is a color associated with luck and springtime.

Yeah the heart could really mean anything. I agree that I would tend to think it's not the birth of a child or the date getting with a romantic partner, since it's not blue, pink, or red, but it could have just been her personal preference. Could also be something like getting clean, finding God, etc.
