Right, so at what point do you have your client make a statement declaring his innocence? If he's innocent, why endure the torches and pitchforks? He may not be cleared, but if he truly has no information why wouldn't he say that publically to take even a little heat off? Or if he's...

Defense strategy question: When you have a client POI who's under tremendous pressure, there are websites going up about him, his name is filling up chat forums and being documented forever, he's basically been told by the public not to come back to school, his parents have been named and are...

    Very informative, thank you.

BUMP of my own previous question: I've consulted the interwebz and found some information (I'll admit to already knowing some of this before asking, I was just being lazy and pumping the other brains in here). The Spierers can file a civil suit, the question is whether they can win one...

Can anyone with more experience than me answer the following? - Do the Spierers have enough for a wrongful death suit, or would they need a body? - Does the criminal investigation need to be over before you can file a civil suit? - It seems the LE has/had enough evidence to make a few drug...

Here's the latest Chicago Tribune article: More than 500 search for missing Indiana student; no new leads

Oh, almost forgot ... For purposes of this case, Adderall isn't something dealers sell because it's so easy to get from normal people (and very cheap - street value is $3 a pill maximum). Kids fake ADHD to get prescriptions. Lastly, it definitely raises your heart rate and suppresses appetite.

To add to what others have said. I've actually been prescribed Adderall for a many years now for ADHD. Along with Ritalin, it is a very common stimulant ADHD drug. When you have ADHD, it mostly makes your brain normal and lets you concentrate. If you don't have ADHD it works much more as an...

I remember one of the earlier pressers where LE said the entire city limits had been searched. At that point they had hundreds of volunteers. I've since read many personal accounts (in MSM and comments) where locals have described getting dirty and going through every place they could think...

Again, not trying to be rude here, but why not? How can LE have possibly not thought of this?

Not trying to be rude here at all, but with the FBI and Equusearch now involved isn't it a bit naive to think LE hasn't followed up on this already? I mean, BPD probably has this as standard operating procedure. I can not imagine Equusearch doesn't follow up on this type of thing either.

I could swear that ZO was previously mentioned as the puncher somewhere in MSM. Although at this point forums and MSM are mixed in my mind. Does anyone have a link handy? I really think more discussion of ZO is warranted.

I've been fascinated by a couple of other forums lately and would like to bump one of my previous posts. On 6/18/11, 1:14pm (post #399) I wrote the following: I'm no longer so sure about calling in a higher-level guy to help with disposal, but everything else seems dead on. Who's the...

Nice work. It's cool to hear about local folks caring so much - doesn't surprise me about Bton though. I'm also encouraged to see that level of surveillance going on. I mean, not that you should have been harassed or anything, but it seems like the cavalry has been brought in. Between the...

Thanks Bessie, that Haleigh Cummings case is interesting. I looked it up and found an interesting summary article. What struck me is the amount of manpower brought in to help with the case: 16 FBI agents! I hope that's an indication of what's going on behind the scenes in Bton.
