My heart hurts for the 13 year old son especially, who was led away barefoot and handcuffed after (most likely) just discovering his mom was missing or murdered. I hope this family has a lot of support.

I have always wondered why MM2 would think that her parents having a fight would keep her mom from responding to her texts or calls. I’m sure Suzanne had always put on a brave face for her daughters and tried to minimize their worry.

I’m so struck and moved by how earnest and concerned MM2’s boyfriend and his father are. It just really is striking compared to Barry’s demeanor.

wow! I had not thought of the possibility that the parts bike (if it exists) was purchased very recently, like maybe even that MD weekend. That could very well be why BM avoided being on camera.

I really wonder if the bff contacted one of the girls either Sat or Sun to check on Suzanne and let them know she couldn’t get in touch with her since noon on Sat. The girls would have relayed that info to LE I am sure. IMO

I think there’s a good chance the word about SM being missing was circulating in BM’s circle even on Sunday night/Monday morning. Someone may have called JP to tell him and then JP’’s antenna went on alert and started piecing 2 and 2 together. Grabbing the mail was a smart move. IMO only

Just speculation...but maybe one of the daughters called the friend SM had been texting with on Mother’s Day to see if she had heard from SM. The friend could have then told LE or the daughter about the text conversation from the prior evening, thus making LE suspicious of the bike story. JMO

So Daryl"s friend (paraphrasing} said he came home early because there is no sense staying if the surfing wasn't good??? Um, your friend mysteriously disappeared the day before, seems staying to search would be a good reason to stay. That's what is no sense IMO

I think it's odd that WH "overheard" AJ talking on the phone about getting a go pro for her bf. First, he wasn't living in the house so when did he "overhear" the conversation? Also, most teenagers I've been around like a little privacy when they are on the phone and generally don't carry on...
