I know. It was simply a statement acknowledging the other poster's position that there is good reason for LE to withhold information when they are not obligated to release it.
Someone posted this as one of the cases in VA on the same charge:

In this case, which was overturned, the focus was on suggestive text messages that could not be linked directly to the suspect and...
Serial rapist or serial killer? In either case, I am afraid if police knew the suspect was responsible for such crimes and chose not inform the public, he could well offend again (particularly if desperate). This strikes me as extremely problematic. Can one of our LE/Lawyers comment on the...
Thank you for this. I highly encourage people to look through these other cases. It is pretty enlightening on what LE may, or may not know at the moment.

Call me overly cautious, but I don't think they have anything more than this at the moment. If there was DNA, I would...
I read that as a post mocking those who are eager to hear the evidence linking the suspect to the crime. But you know, the great thing about living in a democratic society, in addition to a legal system that attempts to afford all citizens the same justice before the law, is the diversity of...

I completely agree with you. I mean, he could very well be responsible for what happened to HG. That doesn't mean we have to read malice into aspects of his life that speak mostly to his socio-economic status, it is a little too close to social darwinism for me.
This does not surprise me, he works in medical transport and this could very well be for hygienic purposes. My father, who worked for decades in personal care, had many boxes of gloves around the house. In whatever field you might be likely to come into contact with human body fluids it is in...
