Well I don't think Dr. Shewmon would give that declaration blindly or stupidly. He has a wonderful reputation as a brain expert and pediatrics. Be interesting to see how it plays out.

I work at a hospital and M.D. there stands for Doctor of Medicine. And Dr. Shewmon is quite respected as an expert on the brain.
