    Deceased/Not Found IL - Yingying Zhang, 26, Urbana, 9 June 2017 #2 *Arrest*

I'm aware of what it is, but I guess there's a generational/regional gap. I've spent most of my life in South Korea and the southeastern USA and I just haven't met any adults who watch animations, but I'm from a different geographical area and an older generation than Mr. Christensen so it just...

But really, what kind of grown <modsnip> man watches anime?

I doubt she's in a cornfield. Having grown up on a farm myself, as much as this crime has been in the news, I'd say the farmers have been paying closer attention to the buzzards.

    NY - Karina Vetrano, 30, found murdered, Queens, 2 Aug 2016 #1

An area with shanties, drug dealers, 10' tall grass, used condoms laying around, areas where homeless are afraid to go, etc. It sounds like an unplanned crime of opportunity -- like a mouse running right into a snakepit.

I'm afraid to click on it. Seeing as how they've already leaked his social security number, along the fact they have his computer's hard drive, the next leak is bound to be nude photos of JM. :butthead:

Me too. By the end of the day, there's going to be a lot of egg on either JM's face or Longo's. :scale:

I already know the POI's social security number.

I'm not in LE, but I work for a living. When people are paying you to perform, you're going to be subject to criticism whether you're you, me, Peyton Manning, law enforcement, a garbage collector, a movie director, Barack Obama, or the greeter at Wal*Mart. That's just part of being an adult in...

It's a lack of professionalism. And it's incompetence.

With most police departments, I'd say yes. But with these guys, it could be a case of "in for a penny, in for a pound."

The second link says, "...reckless driving cases are usually ugly and full of ulterior motives." There really should be a defined miles per hour over the limit instead of a determination based on ulterior motives. It looks like we've turned into such a banana republic at this point that...

How fast do you have to drive to go to prison?

    VA - Hannah Elizabeth Graham, 18, Charlottesville, 13 Sept 2014 - #9

How fast was he going? This is the first time I've ever heard of a warrant out for someone's arrest over how fast they were driving. This, along with the story I read last night about the SWAT team raiding the home of the boys who did a Twitter parody of the Mayor of Peoria, have me...

Yeah, they're eerily similar. The fact they both happened at UVa makes it exponentially eerie.

The fact they're resorting to trumping up unrelated charges on him shows the type of "good ole boys" our POI is up against, regardless of whether he's guilty or innocent of murder.

Yeah, I think he's telling another tall tale.

Of course, I want JM to talk to the police, but it's his Constitutional right to remain silent. I don't want him brought in on unrelated, trumped-up charges.

In the one in a million chance I actually see him here in Korea, I'm not going to drop the dime on him until the Charlottesville police present some compelling evidence instead of trumped-up charges on unrelated offenses. As bad as JM is looking at this point, the Charlottesville police look...

I'm getting the impression the police are overstepping what they should be doing. When they searched four apartments, that seemed questionable. Now, they have an arrest warrant for how he was driving, which to me just appears to be a vindictive move done out of anger on the part of the police...
