    GUILTY MI - April Millsap, 14, Armada, 24 July 2014 #2

It could be he had her phone at that time and so he would not have his contacts available. He may have tried to dial a # from memory and his memory failed him. Not sure why he would do that but it could I imagine maybe explain those attempted calls.

GUILTY FL - Jennifer Alfonso, 27, murdered in her South Miami home, 8 Aug 2013

Anyone else worried? It seems a long time for a verdict that I believe should be easy to reach.

GUILTY NC - Jose Perez, 64, murdered, Wake County, 15 June 2013

She lies like Jodi Arias, going on and on and on with her story. The gun just went off and she was able to reach for the knife that just happened to be there yet could not break free from Jose. Now in prison she is writing to a man she loves who is a supporter and he stands beneath her jail...

    SIDEBAR #42 - Arias/Alexander forum

This trial is just so ridiculous. It's sidebar after sidebar, sending jury out, bringing jury in, then breaks, then lunch, and then in between all that, we get a little testimony and then no trial for several days. Oh and not to forget all the attempts to get a mistrial.

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 8

So why didn't Nurmi go with mentally ill defense during the trial.

CONVICTION OVERTURNED MD - Hae Min Lee, 17, Baltimore, 13 Jan 1999

I agree with you on everything. To think he needed to lend Jay his brand new cell phone makes no sense.

GUILTY MI - Jane Bashara, 56, dies in contract killing, Grosse Pointe Park, 25 Jan 2012 #4

Does anyone else feel it is unusual for a judge to instruct the jury not to take notes???????

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

I have been a firm believer that BC is guilty but if he should turn down this plea I would have some reasonable belief that perhaps he is innocent and is ready to have his new trial with all the forensic technology claimed by his DT to prove tampering and planted evidence to his computer. I do...

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

I have no idea if his posts are still here. One thing I do remember him writing was that he told the PT team that he was not a forensic expert.

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

I attended a talk by the detective in charge of the Eric Miller murder case here in Raleigh NC. It was very interesting. Also if I remember correctly Anne Miller Konce had to stand up in court and say yes she did poison her husband. I wonder if Brad will have to say yes I did strangle my wife. If...

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

If the DT had solid evidence that Brad's computer was hacked, I do not see any conceivable way that BC would take the plea. So since BC was granted a new trial I think it is reasonable to think DT does not have that evidence.

    Brad Cooper: Appeal info

As a grandmother of a very bright 4 year old granddaughter, I can tell you the idea of time from this age group is not reliable evidence. Very often she will tell me about something she did 2 weeks ago but say it was yesterday. Also when asking when she is going to do something that I know is...

Jason Young to get new trial #4

I also loved Ms. Hinsley, a very witty old gal who clearly did not drive on Birchleaf while driving to the hair dresser.
