WESH: Caylee's Fund dissolved, Dr. Phil's 600K contribution

Best Idea Ever

... A Reality Show with Robert Blake, OJ Simpson and Charles Manson all living on an island competing for the love of casey anthony.

..

:floorlaugh:

Don't forget Scott Peterson and that other guy, the cop...what's his name being tried for his 1st wife's death and his current one missing for a few years.

No surprises here from Dr Phil knowingly rewarding the Ant’s for their lies to the Ant’s requesting more of Caylee’s blood money and hiding it in bogus charities. And lets not forget little missy kc still living off mommy and daddy. They’re all grifters with blood on their hands.

@mattmorganesq: we'll seek donation records of now-dissolved Caylee's Fund. Lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony: "Good Luck." ‪#CaseyAnthony

You would think that if they had nothing to hide, Lippmann would have said "No problem, they have nothing to hide" instead of "Good Luck".
Makes you go hmmmmmm.....

"Good Luck"?! Unbelievable! :what: ITA, what are they hiding? Sounds like an IRS investigation might be called for.

The church that was hiding KC admits they got new computers, carpeting, etc. I hardly think it totalled $600,000 but no wonder they were sad to see her leave. lol

This makes me sad. I guess they justified making a deal with the Devil somehow. Last time I checked all you really needed to save souls was the Word Of God. And you can even get free copies of the Holy Bible.

I find it kinda odd that Mark Lippman uses a promo about Cindy Anthony "covering for her daughter" on his website....

http://www.lippmanlawoffice.com/[/u...at kind of scurrilous people he represents...

There is something about receiving money as a gift - don't know for sure but I think up to certain amount you don't have to report it - still looking

You can receive a financial gift up to $12,500 before it becomes taxable income to you.

but aren't there LAWS about using money donated for Charitable Corporations, that you have to actually use that donated money for the CHARITY?? at least SOME of it??? and NOT use it for whatever you want? Heck, EVERYONE would be doing that kind of thing..... wait, maybe everyone is, who knows? look at BringKidsHome and the Caylee Memorial that was supposed to be down in the swampland at the end of Hopespring Drive, whatever happened to THAT scam??

IMO, MOO, etc.

Yes, there are laws. They can only pay officers and employees reasonable salaries and most other expenditures should be for charitable cause. Wonder if anyone's called the IRS. If Caylee's foundation was a 501(c)(3), it is are limited by the application made to and approved by the IRS with regard to the kinds and levels of expenditures it can make. If $600,000+ went in and nothing substantive of a charitable nature was accomplished, perhaps an audit would be in order.

Generally, gifts are not taxable to the recipient. Thresholds can vary from year to year, but for 2011, any gift over $13,000 to any one person required a gift tax return be filed by the giver. There is no actual gift tax due until the total of gifts in excess of $13,000 per each individual to which a gift is given exceeds a certain amount ($1million for 2011). The excess each year, however, does reduce the amount the giver may eventually be able to exclude from estate taxation upon death ($5million for 2011).

Is there an online fraud hotline or similar for cases such as this?
