I can't find any decent matches on NAMUS

"Officials said the man appeared to be between 20 and 25 years old, and was wearing cut off pants...he had apparently been in the water at least 12 hours."

The 2020 boulder county annual coroner report has some more information (pg 61-62). The date found states June 6, 1971 but I believe this is a typo



Hair: Neck/shoulder length, brown beard and mustache.
Scars/Tattoos: 1/2-1" circular scar on left forearm (I assume this was a vaccine scar)
Clothing: Levi Jeans, leather belt, one desert boot
Dental: Both upper central incisors (front two teeth) were chipped, possibly happened postmortem
Circumstances: He was buried in Green Mountain Cemetery on July 23, 1971

It seems that this would be his grave: Man Unidentified Unknown (unknown-1971) - Find a...

The only vague match I can find is Robert Joseph Newborg (MP33342) missing May 1969 from Fort Carson, CO, which is about an hour outside drive outside Boulder. He matches the age range, height, and hair/eye color but the weight and time period is off.
