I think this case is going to be an exemplary case which may lead allowances for Psychiatric inquiry into firearm applications by one of their patients!! If it isn't ...IT SHOULD BECOME MANDATORY for ALL patients to be inquired about who even suggest "Homicidal Ideations"!!!!!!
