I could just hear her character witness's now: " well, even though she stole from me, she did her make up really well." " SHe took all my money but she was fun to dance with on the pole."

I mean really, she has NO character.

Yeah, it is allowed, but I cannot imagine what they would want him to testify to. Seems like anything he could be asked of any value would violate attorney-client privilege.


Keep in mind, there are going to be many names listed that will not be called to testify. Still, I don't have the first guess why they listed Mr. Evans.

After reading this latest Amended Defense Witness List, I must admit to being a bit confused. Is this suppose to be "in addition" to an earlier list? Or is it the "complete list?"

Maybe because the judge said the searcher's names must remain private?
Maybe the State knows who it is, but it was just written as unknown.

Very interesting to note who was REMOVED from the previous Defense Witness List also.
They have time to put them back on, and to put Dr. Werner Spitz and Dr. Reichs on .... but they are not there NOW!

I find it interesting that Larry Daniel is a witness and not just a consultant. As a witness it means he has testimony that Baez feels can be used to discredit either the computer or cell phone searches, or interpretation of the results - such as the ping information. Computer and cell phone searches are pretty standard these days - the tools used are standard and pretty powerful. I did not see anything in the reports indicating LE was stretching the results to come to a conclusion.

The cover probably said something like, "Hi good buddies,
here's the list I promised ya, just sit on it till the hearing is
over tomorrow".
