Cindy Smith may have been submitted, as the same person who submitted Robyn Adler said they'd submit Cindy, but they never confirmed it.
Even though I submitted Babette Alberti, she wasn't accepted by Doe Network's panel and I was asked to phone police when I submitted it to them, which I don't think is possible as I'm not U.S based. Same thing goes for Angela Ambrocio.
