Good Morning Everyone!:seeya:

I cannot imagine how difficult it is for Travis’ family to sit in this courtroom and listen to this nut, but if it is any consolation, nothing she says makes sense, and Juan will tie it up nicely.

She has a lot of explaining to do, hopefully, today is D Day, the chicken is coming home to roost.

Go Juan!! :great:

It's hard to watch this because we all know a version of JA who's dated some man in our lives..

I think it's easy for her to retell these stories because there is some grain of truth but she twists it to her version..

ie Borrowing money & TA says get a job. It wasn't for her to have money for him to borrow but so she'd stop borrowing from him!!

My hubby got me a smart phone yesterday for my birthday (yes, I'm late to this century). I just realized that now I don't have to miss any testimony if I'm away from work/computer!! Yessss!!!!! :great:

Congrats and Happy Birthday!

:bdscroll:

How many times are we likely to hear Jodi say that she doesn't recall something about the day that she viciously slaughtered Travis? In addition to her being extremely nervous and uncomfortable during testimony yesterday, I noticed that she "couldn't recall" frequently despite the fact that she has testified in great detail about things that happened years ago. :moo:

But she remembers she had a strawberry frapaccino (sp?) on the day she left for her "trip". :banghead:

Yeah... like for example... she "can't recall" the clothes she had on that day. WTF EVER!!! :furious:

Cripes! Look at the time. I have to get water, go to the bathroom and check the mail!

She also said um alot , hesitated, and kept looking down or to her right when she answered. Sure signs of lying.

I'm still way behind you! In the car on my way home from work (usually when testimony gets good) Sirius Radio has it on the HLN network. Yesterday I was screaming at the radio during the commercial breaks. How ruuude (a la Stephanie Tanner)!!!

How did I not know this?! What channel is HLN on Sirius?! (SO glad I bought that new car now!)

good morning all

q-tips - check
eye wash - check
let the lies began.

I have an 11:30 dental appointment -- This will be the FIRST TIME I'm hoping for a Side Bar the minute the trial starts for the day - So I won't miss much of JA's lies.....err... I mean testimony.

This is why I'm really interested in hearing her story. I won't believe what she says but I know there are going to be some grains of truth in there. I guess it will be up to us (and the jurors) to guess what those truths are.

Bringing this over (thread closed before I could post)
Respectfully jumping off your post. :)

What is this person smoking? :)

I live in Phx metro area. I've been to the courthouse. There are two rows of media who are quietly doing their jobs.
I've seen no sign of a media circus inside or outside the courtroom.

The jury is escorted out of the building by deputies, but I've not seen anyone approach or bother them in any way.

Security is very tight, similar to the airport.

MOO from my experience of going to the courthouse. :)

well if it were my state I could tell ya....

This trial is making me crazy. I can't sleep at night. I went home early yesterday afternoon to watch after the lunch break and guess what????? I fell asleep in the chair. I am trying to catch up before testimoney starts today. My sister and I talk once or twice daily to discuss this trial. I am so glad I am not the only true crime OCDer.

Ditto. Had an awful bout of insomnia last night. Rare for me. If she's acquitted, ......I might puke for the first time in many years. I felt the urge somewhat last night.

I said in the last thread that I cancelled lunch with a friend for the same reason. And I lied (JA??) and gave her a fake reason because I was embarrassed to tell her the reality. :blushing:

No one understands me like you weirdos! :floorlaugh:
:floorlaugh:

Totally right there with ya...I "opted" out of a few prior commitments this week myself

Took lunch early today. Advised my staff the trial starts soon and reschudule my physical therapy to early morning tomorrow.

This has to be so difficult for the family today. I just can't imagine the horror of what they are going to hear.

Please consider this a "public" thank you to our very own attorneys gracious enough to answer our legal questions. What an invaluable selfless service.
My gratitude to all who participate.

This bears repeating. :)
