Was it vanity or the likely child support $$$? I can't find any sympathy for this woman.

Vanity or greed ..It was not in Oakly's best interest whatever it was that made her want to keep her beautiful child away from her father. If she had been honest with her BBD and admitted her child was not safe ,then I assume all the fights about who is watching her when would have ended If there were any .. Why are women so scared to ADMIT their children are not safe? Before the police show up?

Finds out baby was abandoned at "trap house", again no call to report this. Then she learns what her son did to the little girl and tries to keep him from going back to prison by getting the witness, baby mama, out of town, even buying her a new phone so that she can't be tracked. I hope she faces some charges in all this.

R Waters brother knew of the abuse, and didn't report. Roommate knew of the abuse and didn't report. R Waters sister seemed to be the only one willing to stand up for the kids, over family.

I wonder how the grandparents are feeling about this. Can you imagine their shock to learn that although RW hadn't visited them for years, he had visited their property to conceal the body of a child? They must have been horrified. MOO

Update on MM. This is for her F1 charges; I won't post her F6 because it will likely track with the F1. There are a bunch of usual entries, which I won't post due to space. She now has a total of 8 No Contact Orders; I can't tell if they are all for different people. Two are dated for her F6 case and 6 have the F1 date. dontcha just love how whenever there is some substance abusing poor excuse for a mother actively refusing to cooperate in looking for her "missing" child, then that same mother later turns around to give a detailed account of how very abusive their boyfriend was to their child up to the point of murder?

It's almost like they can't wait to give the horrible details. Probably in hopes a jury will buy their "I was so scared of him" bullcrap. I guess these women all think "better the kid then me" right up until the day the child dies and then it's woe is me, mean mean boyfriend, what could I do, blah blah blah.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The cause of death of Oaklee Snow, the Oklahoma girl whose body was found in Indiana in April is homicide of unspecified needs, the Morgan County Coroner said Wednesday.

1-year-old Oaklee Snow and a male child were reported missing by her biological father on Jan. 19 from his home in Oklahoma. The father believed the children were taken by the biological mother, 22-year-old Madison Marshall, and her boyfriend, 26-year-old Roan Waters, to Indianapolis.

Marshall faces multiple charges including two counts of neglect of a dependent resulting in death and assisting a criminal. Waters also faces multiple charges including murder.

During interviews with investigators, Marshall alleged that Waters killed Oaklee and they moved her body to an abandoned structure in Morgan County, Indiana.

Oaklee’s body was located in a dresser drawer of an abandoned structure there, according to court documents.

The male child was abandoned as well but was recovered and returned to his father in Oklahoma.

Marshall’s jury trial is set for 8:30 a.m. July 10 and Waters’ jury trial is set for 8:30 a.m. October 2. Both are set to be tried in Marion County.

I am so glad they abandoned their 7 month old in the crack house. That's probably the best thing that happened to that baby up until then. Hoping and praying he has a loving new family to embrace and love him forever.
