It makes sense to me now .. my exchange with one of her mom's friends on FB. The friend becoming agitated after I referenced Devan's legal trouble .. and within a few minutes after the exchange, the friend deleting her own comments regarding that topic.

Conspiracy / harboring? Who knows.

Well, it's 4:10 am. It'll be awhile before confirmation comes in, if this is in fact true.
I hope this report that Devan was in jail is true. At least then we'll know that she's safe, in one piece and likely sent to rehab. I only hope that she gets the help she needs and that her family can be a strong and decent support system for her. It's a tough life...

I'll check back later...it's been a long night here. Time for prayers for the missing and some zzzz's.

It appears those are the same clothes she is said to be wearing, boots & all, so that probably was taken that evening. I'm thinking she may have sent that picture out on her phone to a friend or something.

@ChuckMaureen - I'm thinking what is in her hand may be her keys. Often when you purchase a car, there is a white tag the dealer has on the keys that says make, model, year, inventory # or whatever. It's possible she could have only had that as her key fob, which would explain why it looks like a small narrow rectangle rather than the size of a debit card.

I think what bgmiller5 meant was that she had gotten out of jail prior to this disappearance.

It may be interesting to search websites such as sugardaddie.com and seekingarrangement.com for a profile set up by Devan. Just a thought.

I don't really know what to say other than it sounds like Devan has quite a bit of issues to work through. Based on what little I could read on her FB, she seems quite smart so it's scary to me that she could be involved in drugs, escorting, older men, etc.

I hope she's found and gets some help. That's the better alternative to some creep getting her. That BD person really creeps me out. I believe he lives with his daughter in or around Ridgway, PA.

Has it been said what BD or Devan were on probation for?
 
So in summary, it looks like they tried to make her go to rehab, and she said "No, no, no."

I do think there is an older man who is enabling and facilitating her lifestyle.
 
I was leaning towards accident as well due to that fog and it was really bad btw...but sounds like voluntary missing at this point due to possible bench warrants or court issues.

I'm think both are correct - new car; drugs; man; fog/car accident....

I hope not, though. Hope she is found safe and gets the guidance she deserves. She's a young, beautiful lady.

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A representative with Clarion-based state police has confirmed that the body of a dead female was found earlier today in Fisher, Clarion County.

Police say that body was found around 6:30 a.m.

The representative also confirmed that police are still on the scene, but was unable to release any further details.

No further details are available at this time.
