Yes, there's something very, very similar about Francoise.

Her hair could be red or red brown in the black and white photo. Can't see the eyes clearly enough to tell what color they might be. The mouth, forehead, and chin are very similar.

I'd say pass it on to the Annandale authorities; the Quebec police are likely to be more forthcoming with another LE agency than with us.

I find it hard to believe some physician's office didn't contact the police confidentially. Did they even ask ID bracelet manufacturers for lists of people in the surrounding areas, states, who had a bracelet like this made in the past several years? By now, those records are likely all purged.

At the time, you could buy them at drugstore checkout counters. You didn't have to register or have it custom made or anything.

My post was about Anna Frady and her family. According to Bootman (post up the thread) she is on the rule out list for this UID. Maybe the family reached out to Namus, I don't know. Can't check for myself anymore when she was added to the rule out list.

Unfortunately, there is no information when Anna Frady was excluded. I have public user account so if that information is available for anyone it's probably only for admins or professional users (like LE, Coroners, DNA Specialists, etc).

If it's not against any rules I can do screenshots or copy all exclusions and post it here or whole list can be pinned on the main page of the thread.

I saw a fb post about Anna Francis Leatherwood. My first thought was Annandale JD. The timeline works if AJD was at the upper end of the age range.

Sorry but it looks like Anna was murdered by her husband. No way did she run off and live her life somewhere else.

The face shape, nose shape, eyebrows, scar, her mouth looks the same and her ears look about the right distance to her jawline too.

The other thing I notice is the similarity of style. In both pictures Leatherwood is well put together, with a good haircut and the pearl necklace and such.
