Please remember that Norfolk City courthouse does not allow you to bring in your cell phone inside. So please save yourself a walk back to your vehicle and leave it there in the first place. :)

And they are sticking together like a band of thieves!
This might be the reason that house is so crouded. Stick together! Keep the stories straight. No one talks!

IIRC the home that was broken into, that home did have a security system or camera of the event. It's interesting that JH also has a security system, yet we've heard nothing about any video from it, or any signs of a break-in, when it was last turned on, or off, etc. Maybe it was malfunctioning? I don't know.

Which bring me to another question...how many posters have a home security system installed? Are they do it yourself or through a company that you pay monthly to monitor? What was the deciding factor in you getting a system?

We have no confirmation that the break in was ever recorded on a home security camera. I think I may be the reason you are mis-remembering this, 2Hope4, so I want to take a second to clarify my remarks about that. What I said was that the home did have ADT, and that ADT does offer surveillance options. But I really have no idea if the homeowner purchased that option or not. ADT offers many service options to home owners...alarm systems, fire monitoring, video surveillance, even carbon monoxide monitoring.

I just want to make sure that everyone understands that my comments about a possible surveillance video was nothing more than speculation on my part.
 
Goes before grand Jury next week. They will decide whether or not to indict him.

Which is crap... Simply by entering g the home unauthorized was a crime. So how can he not have "intent" when he entered.

I am trying to go back and link my previous post I added earlier on. I took a screen shot of the warrants that were shown in a video and tried to make out what was written. There was something in that warrant about items being taken from the residence. I am going to go back and look for my post and link when I find it.

I tried my best to decipher the search warrant picture that were in yesterday's video. Here is what I can make of the wording. Bare with me, I can't sleep and I swear my eyes are starting to toy with me. First time posting a screen shot so I hope this works.

(Cut off) daytime at a residence located at XXXX Halprin Drive in the city of Norfolk Virginia. Mr. Hadsell (cut off to next line)
< missing full word> did? not have permission to be in the residence
On 3/20/2015 this affiant interviewed AB, a Caucasian male, with a date of birth of XX/XX/XXXX and a social security number of (blacked out) Mr. Barr stated that Mr. Hadsell told him that he, (Mr. Hadsell) had "broken into" the residence at XXXX Halprin drive in the city of Norfolk.
< I believe this entire word to be -interviewed> Mr. Hadsell. Mr Hadsell refused to admit or deny he had committed a burglary at the <above?> cuts off.

< missing> their website (blacked out) that one (1) of their employees (blacked out)
< missing> Incarcerated in the Norfolk City jail on the above referenced burglary charge. In the <surveillance?> (cuts off)
(Cut off) <burglary> at XXXX Halprin Drive in the city of Norfolk Virginia. In addition he admitted to "punching" ( cuts off)
(Cut off) Mr. Hadsell, which (I can't figure out these 2 words and it's driving me nuts) admission of guilt, is necessary for the successful <pro??per??> ( cuts off)
(Cut off) residence XXXX Halprin Drive in the city of Norfolk Virginia.

I now wonder if the residences of the B&E claim to have property stolen and this search warrant is actually to try to recover stolen property? Interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

with Mr. Hadsell, which <unknown> his admission of guilt, is necessary for the successful <pro??per??> <=probably "successful prosecution"
I think this is saying they need physical evidence as well as WH's confession for a successful prosecution (i.e. what they want from the search warrant).

I think this is referring to the gas station. I'm sure they got a warrant for surveillance video.

As I posted on another thread, I believe they are speaking of the interview with J Fisher from Wavy tv station. Where WH confessed. jmo

Since the judge threw out the charge of Breaking and Entering because of lack of evidence, I feel they filed again with a diff charge. If you notice, the capias issued date is listed as 5/20 (tomorrow). Does anyone by chance have copy of orig charge on docket to compare?

If you will also notice, no arrest date on this offense yet either as others have March 21, 2015
 
So it appears that new charge has same statute as orig 18.2-92. **iirc, Judge threw out because didn't show intent

This is clearly referring to the break in at CF's house. As crazy as this sounds, I think I was right from the start. I think he took something of CF's from that house and planted it at the Franklin house. Under normal circumstances, I would be the first person to say this was a far-fetched theory, but we already know that WH broke into a house to plant evidence, so what would stop him from taking evidence from the house to plant elsewhere? Nothing, as far as I can determine.
