Very interesting. Why are all UID's female skulls race uncertain? I know skulls have some clues about the race if you do a real good investigation. To little resources? All around the same age....Maybe there is a connection between the 1984 and 1985 victims. Have to look into the PMI of the last one found in 2017. At first glance it seems to be "a stand alone" case.

Ah....The anthropological assessment was completed and determined the postmortem interval to be "many years to potentially decades", the sex is female, has an "admixed" ancestry, age range in estimated to be 30-60 years.

Mr. Norman Jones, the husband of Cindy Jones was obviously able to kill women. His wife and another one in Florida years later.....Helen Stark has a gap between her front teeth....I'm not sure about the skulls found but you would think that would be noticed.

The newspaper articles for the Mukwonago Doe listed her as Caucasian, I'm not sure why the NAMUS states "uncertain"
There was actually 2 separate sets of skeletal remains found on that property that day, one of a black female (who has been identified) and one of a white female (less than 25% of remains found, only skull and some teeth from the mandible) but local newspapers only listed the white female. never knew why (attached)
I would assume but its only speculation as I live in that general area, the coyotes may have relocated some of the remains

Could these be Lucia Chilel Perez's remains? I've linked her WS thread below. Her last confirmed sighting was in Worthington, MN but authorities suspect she and a POI may have traveled to IA for job-hunting. Iowa is the complete opposite way from Wauwatosa, WI but it's only less than 7 hours away. Perhaps the POI has intentionally led LE on a rat race in the opposite direction? I'll start a thread for UP16256 in the Unidentified section if there isn't one already. Please note also that Lucia's WS thread is incorrectly titled as missing from IA.

I’m sorry the skeletal remains found 5/8/1982 in Columbia county. (It also says Caledonia,Wi but that’s a different area, maybe a misprint cuz of a Jane Doe from Caledonia which was thankfully solved)
