8291 Old Richmond Road it’s still a large piece of land owned by one person that encompasses the borders of Richmond, Winchester, and Fayetteville county.

What could investigators find out on this farm area? How is it linked to her disappearance?

Just for posterity, the link in my last post (podcast with Sally Denton) is related to the surveys/digs related to the search for Melanie Flynn in the summer of last yr. In no way was I attempting to derail the thread towards anything but the search for Melanie.

IMO The closest anyone will come to locating Melanie will be related to her associations with the Bluegrass Conspiracy players which includes Canan

Has anyone ever ventured to McGee Lane? I’m about 90% sure I know where the Triad farm was, and furthermore who owns it. Has anyone spoken to a medium / psychic again regarding Melanie’s whereabouts? Is she in a cave close to Triad or close to Hall’s?

I've been often tempted to travel McGee Lane but haven't made the journey. I don't know about psychics, etc. I don't know which area (McGee or Hall's) would be the most likely area.

Did three people originally own Triad??

Thornton (who bequeathed land to Henry Vance in his will), Canan (who may or may not be alive... I wanna think he is still kicking, but have no confirmation, and .... Third guy?? Or am I mis-remembering?? Guess I will do a little googling.

The farm was owned by 3 people, the third person was Danny Murphy. The Triad was paid for in cash.

Wasn't law enforcement looking at Murphy's Landing (Mercer County, KY) in 2019? Is/was that area in Mercer associated with Danny Murphy or is that just coincidence in names? I know the McGee Ln property is in Jessamine Co).

And, what ever happened to Steve Oliver?? Wasn't he a Lex police officer who was arrested/involved?

The FBI has confirmed to WKYT that they were at a property on Russell Cave Road in Bourbon County this week.

I am always amazed at how people bury their victims on their property. In this case maybe under the house. But 50 cops seems odd.

I've been holding out for a death bed confession but I'm not sure anyone that knows is still alive.

I think it's about 10 or so miles from the Thornton farm. (Threave Main is on Hutchinson Rd and property with digging was on/near Centerville Lane/Russell Cave) I think they were digging where an old home was once located... so, you're likely correct... a body buried under the home. I wonder if any FBI forensic vehicles were on the site?

I'm sooo curious as to who owned the property before it was sold a year or so ago.

I looked around on the PVA site and the community there is made of modest homes. I think that house was a typical frame house and I wonder when it was removed. If we could narrow down the location that would help. If they were digging where the house stood then that tells me nothing is there now. Comparing old pics to the latest might show where it is.

Another option is to look at the people who have lived there. I worked with a guy who was from that community. I've been through there and if you blink you miss it.

They had enough to get a judge to allow the digging. And again that many cops intrigues me. I don't think Crystal Rogers got that kind of attention. Maybe they found something but need to identify it? That would explain the ”ongoing investigation ”.
