So her body is likely unclothed and disposed of between ~ 11:30 when he was at home and 7:39 when he called saying she was missing.

Staging of her car about 1:30 pm at Campbell Mesa Trailhead, then cycling back to the house.

Likely he did dispose of her in or around Lake Mary.

Poor woman, this sounded like a rage attack and I'll bet she had experienced domestic violence from him before. I wonder if drugs were involved in this. He's obviously an intelligent man, but I don't think this was pre-planned, given the brazen attack in the back yard, her body left there long enough for neighbors to see.

Highlights from the above article:
Flagstaff PD Sgt. Jerry Rintala says that Daniel Paduchowski, 58, is suspected in the death of his wife, Kelly Paduchowski, 45. He reported her missing at 7:39 PM on Sunday 30 Jun 2024. He said that she had gone out to run and swim in the afternoon. He was arrested after detectives found undisclosed evidence (blood drop?) at the Flagstaff-area residence where they both live.

Sgt. Jerry Rintala, Flagstaff PD, said that with further investigation and evidence, additional charges could be added.

Kelly Paduchowski's phone was tracked to Schultz Creek Trail in Coconino National Forest, just North of Flagstaff. The time indicated: 10:20 AM on Sun., 30 Jun 2024. Her husband, Daniel Paduchowski, was spotted in the area a little more than an hour later [approx. 11:25 AM?].

Shortly after 12 Noon on Sun., 30 Jun 2024, Kelly's phone indicated it was at the home she shared with her husband.

At 1:30 PM on Sun., 30 June 2024, her vehicle -- a white 2018 Mazda CX-5 -- was at the Campbell Mesa Trailhead, also in the Coconino National Forest North of Flagstaff, AZ. Daniel Paduchowski was spotted there at that time.

Daniel Paduchowski drives a silver (or gray) 2001 Toyota Sequoia SUV.

My comments: A highly successful architect driving a 23-year-old vehicle -- I don't think this would be his first choice -- unless he can't afford anything newer! We know he's a hothead -- currently behind bars after having been arrested on aggravated assault charges -- and is apparently an aggressive driver (following too closely?), but does he also have other serious legal/civil/financial difficulties? Further, I ask whether Kelly Paduchowski is covered by a life insurance policy -- where he is the beneficiary? In addition, he seems to have done a lot of projects dealing with bars and restaurants. I wonder if he drinks much. (That's a rhetorical question). I saw in one of the posts above that "dangerous drugs" may have been connected to him as well.

I haven't read the entire thread yet, so feel free to correct anything I've gotten wrong here.

The Search and Rescue continues. It is now a recovery effort. Daniel Paduchowski is behind bars on charges of aggravated assault. Flagstaff Police say they found evidence that Daniel Paduchowski assaulted his wife, Kelly Paduchowski. Exactly when it happened is not clear. Sgt. J. L. Rintala: "Something occurred."

The Timeline began on the morning of Sunday, 30 June 2024 and encompassed a three-hour period.

Umm, not one neighbor thought to call 911, WTH?!!!!
Dude. Seriously. What the ****.

Bad enough they hear screaming. An argument is one thing, but screaming while being murdered is another and I assume it’s worse. And they SAW a man on top of a woman…..and did nothing. Who cares if maybe there were previous interactions with the neighbor and he was scary (just making that up) or whatever. You call 911 (and maybe find a burly neighbor to go over there).

When I read the headlines, my first thought was “it’s the husband.” It always is. Right, Barry?

I can't fathom it either. I know I would have called. My husband would be over in their yard trying to de-escalate, you couldn't stop him from trying. In some countries you can be persecuted for not helping a person in danger, 'non assistance a une personne en danger' - which always seemed so far fetched to me, how would you need a law like that? Well, now I certainly understand :-(

As you suggest I would also like to know what the financial situation was/is.

I'm another one who is baffled that the neighbors didn't call 911 after seeing her down on the ground and hearing screams.
right! and continuing to watch after that as they stated saw her non responsive on the ground after that, him backing his car into the garage which they stated was unusual, etc. Shannan Watts had better neightbours..

Remarkable, isn't it?
I'm so hoping they have just skipped telling us some things.
Like what could they skip? No mention from LE that they were called to the house earlier that day? The alarm bell was set off by the killer himself, when he reported her missing at 7:39 pm that evening.

Its possible the attack started in the house, Kelly escaped to the backyard, where it sounds like she died. JMO, but the evidence LE is speaking of is both in and outside the home. The “witnesses and family members” they obtained details from- include their kids.

The mention of dangerous drug use/possession, going to so many different locations, all paint a frenzied picture of a murder and attempt to cover it up.

Additional time we can include in timeline:
According to the court paperwork, neighbors heard loud screams from a woman around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.

More details about the incident:

According to the court paperwork, neighbors heard loud screams from a woman around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.

One neighbor reportedly saw Kelly lying on the ground in the backyard, motionless on her stomach. Daniel was on top of her with his hands on her shoulder area, police said.

Five minutes later, her husband saw Kelly lying on her side, motionless but Daniel was gone.

A few minutes later, both were gone from the backyard.

Court paperwork said that about 90 minutes later, the neighbor saw Daniel using a garden hose to spray where Kelly was lying.

Just awful!
-spotted fresh blood outside the garage door
-also found blood on the patio that included a bloody footprint
-saw a gray shirt, pants and a hat that appeared to belong to Kelly inside a trash can.
-Daniel appeared to have injuries on his hands and his knee
-referred to Kelly in the past tense

I just can’t comprehend why the neighbors didn’t call 911?? Sure, if it was just a scream maybe I could give them the benefit of the doubt, but to see a lifeless person laying on the ground after her husband was on top of her?! There’s just no excuse not to call. Really sad, attended university in Flagstaff, beautiful city with a lot of good people. Unfortunately there are always some despicable ones mixed in.
