On Alison’s Tracker Map
There’s a potential, yet-to-be confirmed sighting of Alison on her bike! There’s a photo, and it certainly appears to be her, and in the right time frame.
What’s interesting about it is it seems like she is going in a direction beyond where you’d think she would have made a change in direction in order to go to her aunt’s house. IMO
Oh, I hope this is a good lead. It would show the family getting the word out is working, as it looks like an image from someone’s doorbell cam, most likely.
Yes! And it shows she stands out in the purple shirt. Very recognizableOn Alison’s Tracker Map

I don't know which app you're referring to (Google maps?)- but yes! The family of Alison JUMPED on this by day 2 & 3 and had so much set up- this absolutely is a good model for How To Set Up an Active Search. This app is extremely helpful and and ought to be used in other missing persons cases.
It seems to me it is secretly easier to think she purposely ran away even if she doesn't believe it. In my head it makes it more probable for a chance to come home alive. I think it is far more difficult to fully believe foul play is involved because there is less hope. JmoSo is it pretty much confirmed she didn't intend to go to the Aunt's house in the first place? She knew for sure where the Aunt lives, and how to get there?
I was a little interested in her mother's quote, about as time goes by she gets more concerned. Maybe she just said that in an off-hand way, but if you don't believe at ALL that she purposely ran away, it doesn't seem you'd be more concerned as days go by, than you were the first night she didn't show up at the aunt's house or return home, or be found along the way in some kind of an accident. It appears the mother is open to the idea that she got a wild hare and took off for awhile.
Prayers she's found safe.
This assumes someone harmed Alison and we have no evidence of that at present. It's terrifying to think that a child can no longer safely go out on a bike ride.
Do we have actual confirmation she even had a phone? It was said she didn't have one with her on the bike ride. But no mention of where it is, then. It's unusual that she left her phone behind. I don't know many 15 year olds that can part with their phones on purpose or on accident.
I wonder if her aunt was expecting her, because if she knew she was coming it would give Alison a small window of time to run away (if she did) before they start worrying.
It's really odd if she purposely left it behind because she was probably going to go spend the evening at Auntie's house. She wouldn't be riding bike back to Dad's that same evening. So she was either spending night at Auntie's or Mom was going to pick her up later? It's unusual that she left her phone behind. In my experience, as a resident of LA suburbs, it is really unusual for a 15 yr old not to have a cell or a tablet.Do we have actual confirmation she even had a phone? It was said she didn't have one with her on the bike ride. But no mention of where it is, then.
She was leaving dad's house for aunt's house but her location about 12 min later is off that path... either she stopped for a snack on the way (seems not likely to me, just imo) or was taking a casual detour or was heading elsewhere on purpose.
I am wondering what was in her backpack. Even around 530pm it's in the 90s in that valley (SO HOT), was that where she kept water? (Or what?)
I'm in the SGV.
We are all talking about her at work.
We study faces of the missing in case someone comes in.
San Gabriel Valley. The area where cities like San Gabriel, Alhambra, and Monterey park are located.what is the SGV?
