On second look, Helen seems to have wider-set, downturned eyes and a more bulbous nose tip. Although I’m not sure how much aging and weight gain could affect those facial features.

Are there any reports about whether Frosty had any dental work done?

Hi. Not that I ever have seen. Basically we know just a tiny bit about her and their are no Distinctive Physical Features entered in Namus. Maybe she had dentals or scars. Being estimated 68 years one would think she didn't have a baby skin anymore. Persons who cared for her must have known these things, but nothing seems to be public or it's simply not documented.

I’m just wondering because in her older photos, it looks as though she may have had a gap or a misaligned front tooth — although that may be due to poor photo quality. In her later photos, her teeth appear straight. It might be helpful to know what her teeth originally looked like when comparing with photos of possible matches. I assume if she lived in Stockton for 30+ years, she had a dentist. But yes, it seems we’re not privy to that info.

So looking at a different way, I thought I'd run names of people who she was "caught' with at la bia (sp), to see if perhaps she went with a relative. This lady shares the same surname as one of the employees, (although I don't know if they are actually related) Bizarrely she was born 24th June 1950, and I can't find anymore records of her. I found the teeth comparison quite interesting against the earliest known picture of Frosty.

Personally i am getting bad vibes from this case for some reason. Some of my research indicates her relation to Philadelphia - specifically a case of money laundering and fraud. Adelphia Communications Corporation - Wikipedia found this gem while researching what numbers/emails are tied to her name.

Is this the same woman as the Mother's Day photo above? She does not resemble Frosty IMO

I don't think it's her, "Frosty" has been around since approx 1986 and there is a much younger picture of her than if the lady in the mother's day picture.
The beccasue2@juno.com email is interesting and not one I've found, when plugged into some phone directory frosty does come up as bring under that email. Weather it's a mistake or not, great catch, worth looking at!

Things i Developed through my short conversation with a stepchild:
Austin is the married last name,
Frosty likely doesnt have kids (i misread the initial message - this is the ladies step-mother),
Its likely she lived the last of her days on Mr. Austins dollar (could not confirm if it was through alimony or something else),
Frosty is Mr. Austins 5th wife,
Mr. Austin may be alive at age like 95 he is much older than Frosty,
Its likely the two were both equally abusive to each other. Thats a whole rabbit hole i am not sure if i am allowed to discuss.

This is Frosty L, not Frosty J. Yes, there are two Frosty Austins, both in California!

"Mr Austin" passed away some time ago. His family are quite easy to find, but I don't approach family. The information is on ancestry I made a tree some years ago. There is also a photograph of her very much you get than pictures on here but still with "Mr Austin" at a now sadly deceased graduation. But this would be against moral ethics to post here as it's a personal picture, and whilst it's on a public domain website it would be illegal to just take it and post here. I'll see if I can ask the lady. There is a step daughter who Is around, it would be interesting to know all the other stories she told. Maybe one is true.

Looking at the name Rebecca or Becca there's this lady, think she looks like a young Frosty, but age and date of birth is off. However Rebecca's parents got married days after or before Frostys supposed birthdays 24.06.50 Thiers is something like 27.06.50 . The various names and general fraudulent lifestyle was similar.
