Morgan's dna got him once. I doubt his dna was ever entered into codis, and hes dead now, so theyd have to exhume him in order to get it

I had recently seen the 'Still Missing Morgan' doc and it's just so weird how the kids' recollection of the man who took Morgan doesn't at all seem to fit a 67-68 year old man. But on the other hand, it was dark, he was wearing a cap, and they were just little kids.

I still believe that he had an accomplice who might have been the man that the kids saw, assuming that it was not a red herring.

This is merely a theory, but I believe it is plausible that the individual described by the children may have interacted with them or with Morgan on that night as he passed by. It’s conceivable that he said something to them, which could have left an impression. After this interaction, they might have observed him walking towards Linck’s truck in order to access his own vehicle. Due to this observation, they may have mistakenly assumed that Linck’s truck belonged to him. Consequently, this led them to conclude that he could be the person responsible for abducting Morgan, simply because they saw him in proximity to Linck’s truck.

This would be nice to know. As others up thread have pointed out, it’s not like
likely he suddenly started becoming a monster in his 70s. There’s other victims out there. Where else has he been, and who else may be linked to him?

Othram Labs, a forensic laboratory based near Houston, Texas, used advanced DNA analysis to examine a hair sample found in a vehicle formerly owned by Billy Jack Lincks, a suspect in the case.

Othram Labs used a method called “forensic-grade genome sequencing” to analyze the rootless hair. This technique allows scientists to extract and sequence DNA markers, even from samples that are too degraded or small for traditional DNA testing.

Othram played a big role in helping the case move forward. On Tuesday, the company spoke to 5NEWS about its work and how it may inspire hope that other decades-old cold cases can still be solved.

Othram's Chief of Staff Colby Lasyone said that the company, based in The Woodlands, Texas, works with law enforcement across the country to test and analyze DNA, creating profiles that can be used in identification.

Lincks was arrested in 1992 for abusing a young girl. Why is this always the story when another little girl becomes the victim. It’s always happened before. These people can’t be rehabilitated. If you can catch them the first time, leave them in prison. This would prevent so many heartbreaking cases. Protect our young girls!
