I googled Harold Klene, and two from Ancestry popped up. Both from Minnesota, one was approx 20 years old during the 1940 census, the other was 7. So in 1981 the first would have been 61 and the other 48, both within the age range. I'm sure they would have checked this out back then though...
Color me embarrassed! You are totally right. I didn't even scroll down to notice the birthdates were there. I just saw that BJF was married to the birth father at some point and went googling for any BDs I could find. OOPS!
The BD from the news story is definitely too old to be any one...
I did some brief Googling and found that post, too. I was contemplating posting her as a possibility, my only hesitation was if you google her name, there is a news story with a booking photo from 2014 (link below,) and she was a pretty rough looking 60 year old. I don't think she could be...
No confirmed id. Sister says she was told his I.D. was found near the body.

I wish they'd show a picture of this unique dental bridge, or at least an artist's...
I do not think it is Rudy either. It worries me they were so presumptive and removed the post.
Rudy's features are a lot softer than the John doe's. His nose is more "button-y" where the Doe's is sharper and his nostrils are triangular.
I hope both families get answers soon.
I think they are assuming it is Rudy, before definitive testing or even a visual id by his mom is done.
There is a comment under white memorial's post saying that he hasn't been positively id'd per investigators.
Hoping they get him identified soon.
I did see that. The mother said herself that he had no tattoos though. I'm definitely not a tattoo expert but the one on his arm looks much older than anything he could have gotten since going missing in March.
Hoping Rudy's mom can get a resolution either way.
The Facebook post has a little more information about where he was found, which was 8th and Alameda in Los Angeles, but not much else. I Google searched for news stories or posts by LAPD/SD and couldn't find any other information.
Please delete if it isn't a proper place to post this.
This was posted on their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/WhiteMemorialLA
White Memorial Medical Center is looking for help in identifying a young Hispanic Male who was brought in by paramedics 6/18/15 around 10:00am.
They reopened the case. Here is a news story from yesterday:

Apparently, Orange County has a new task force for unresolved cases
Thanks for the information, carbuff! =)
I wonder if they only ran the prints through ICE. I don't know how the nursing board in Texas works, but if my Filipina hunch is right she could quite possibly be in the nursing profession, which requires a LiveScan here in California, to get your...
Is there a special way they determine race/ethnicity, or is it mostly based on looks? I know there are cranial and facial bone differences, but would they be able to say that she is definitely Hispanic as opposed to say.. Filipina? I just got a Filipina vibe looking at that bust, but maybe it's...
Maybe this group could help?

If I read the story correctly they have worked in Guatemala collecting DNA samples of...
I wanted to post a local UID in the Unidentified forum, then I noticed that I can't start threads. I thought maybe it was because you had to have a certain number of posts before you could start threads, I'm a super lurker, but don't post much, but then I noticed a person new to Websleuths...
I think someone messaged him already, but got no response. I saw that anyone could share the picture. Perhaps, if someone shares it (the UID Facebook, maybe?) he'll see the notification and make contact.
Maybe it's just me, but it makes me sad his family donated his remains to the coroner instead of claiming them. What does a coroner do with donated remains?
