Bruce Davis, former manson family member recommended for parole

Respectfully, I disagree. Bruce Davis was an early and hard-core follower of Charlie who did his bidding with free will. Treated women like garbage and robbed from society freely. Robbing society of people who did or could make a difference. His jailhouse conversion to Christianity is a ploy...

Bruce Davis, former manson family member recommended for parole

I would say this in rebuttal: in the US when a person has spent 45+ years in prison and takes on the persona of a lay-person minister and ascribes their new found good qualities to the fact that they're found God....it sometimes really does actually bear weight at parole hearings. This man...

Zero, nada, zip. Even if he had elevated LFTs....so what? Cause for suicide? Irrelevant.....

Medicine is more complicated than this. No offense. No, a liver biopsy would not be done for elevated LFTs. Not without substantial other findings....And no...if somebody was presenting for back pain LFTS would not be done routinely in Ontario. LFTs are not even routinely done on the labs that...

Absolutely. In addition to the fact that he had (a) initially told the paramedic he hadn't seen his dad for a couple of days and was concerned and thus went to Maple Gate where he "stayed 3 or 4 nights a week" and (b) told the police he hadn't heard from his dad his their meeting the afternoon...

GUILTY - Wayne Millard Murder Trial - Dellen Millard Charged With Murder - #4

Jumping off that Kamille, is it possible that MB's interview could be entered into evidence by the crown but without her being called to the stand? I'm absolutely no expert at rules of evidence. If DM's statement gets entered into evidence by the crown and he doesn't have to be called to the...

And elevated LFTs, in the absence of other findings are very non specific. Alcohol yes but many other things also.

I don't think we should assume that because he sought health care for a back concern that he would have had labs done. I feel confidently saying that as an NP. If there were issues outside of a mechanical back issue, then yes, likely, but a person presenting with back pain doesn't need blood...

One of those relates to DNA from the gun found at the scene. I'll have more when I can get a look at the exhibit. That's it for today. I'll have an update shortly. Thanks for following along. by Adam Carter 3:12 PM

From a procedural perspective, does anybody have a sense about when she would rule on admissibility?

Agreed completely. But I didn't want to assume that was what they meant, so asked the question for clarification.

If I recall correctly, DM was charged with WM's murder in, I think, April 2014. DM hadn't been convicted of anything at that point, only charged. That's why I'm asking for clarification about the poster's comment.
